How about just carbon adapter plate to run a set of essentials and escape bags together on? Essentials bags in front facing forward and escape bags facing backwards and omitting the bridge straps. Might be a nice showcase of the modularity of the bags, adding more Thrashin products to the build and saved weight.
Haha I keep saying it but I have turned so many friends and people I've met over to rcs levers haha without any other clutch mods judt the rcs lever it feels half as hard to pull if not more.. plus any company that makes a good product like the rcs lever and has a lifetime warranty no matter what no questions asked.. im in for sure

Running the shifter linkage and shift pegs with a shorty on the back, Love it!! Just ordered the Perch clamps. Also, I don't feel anybody is making the same quality hard parts for Harleys kept it up.
I will buy that super light inner fairing to switch out on my low rider ST in a heart beat, it’s not that heavy from factory but why not save some weight!
I am going to enjoy this build as I am in the process of planning a build for a ST myself. I want to go full carbon and nice to see the weights. I am debating on carbon wheels or going with some chrome wheels and changing swing arm. Of course my build will being using as much Thrashin parts as I can as I have used them on my other bike and 100% happy. Still on the fence as to what suspension I will use. Not full decided on paint and if I will go blacked out or chrome parts.

No titanium bolts?? :D. Can save weight there as well...titanium bolts on anything that rotates will save big time on rotating mass....ie the sprocket bolts...
Not much, the stock ones are already aluminum. We will be doing some work to them, but we can only do so much custom stuff in the time crunch. And the effort vs reward won’t be worth custom making struts for this build. But we do have something we’re doing to them.

Dude you guys are spending hours weighing each individual part Way the bike when you got it and then weigh the bike after you're done putting on all your custom parts If you add little parts here and there no big deal , just weigh them This is eating up all your custom work time
It literally takes us 30 minutes to weigh the stuff. It’s all how we edit it. Juan and I have been working on custom components the other days of the week… trust me you don’t want to see footage of Juan sitting at his desk for 60 hours designing triple trees to work with ohlins front forks and a custom carbon wheel. Would be like watching paint dry. We have been doing this for a long time, we are just having fun sharing some of the information as we do it 👍🏻 thanks for watching, get ready this bikes gonna be BAD!!!

get some carbon wheels that will save some weight, also you can put in a grooved seam into the metal to make it more sturdy and less flimsy.
