❤ I am becoming skeptical 🤨 about the credibility of the leadership of this movement. Even though the cause sounds worthy and honorable. I am becoming skeptical because they haven't published any statistics on exactly how many lives have been rescued, and saved by their efforts 💞. We have no credible hard evidence that this is not just a convenient fundraiser project. My skepticism and doubt is beginning because we have no proof whatsoever that any lives have been saved as a direct outcome of all of this uncontrollably damage, which someone is going to have to pay for. Demonstrations cost money. The city officers salaries must be paid. The additional traffic personnel must be paid. A lot of people have to get paid. They are not working for free. Lawyers fees have to be paid. Public Defenders fees have to be paid for those who can't afford an attorney.
Where should we draw the line when it comes to assessing the tax payers burden for this?Where do we draw the line when it comes to accountability?
Surely my compassion is challenged when I think of the victims of horrible crimes. Nevertheless, the reality involves practical, common sense, down to earth budget issues. Who's going to pay these bills? Who's going to pay the late fees when the bills go into default and delinquency?
