How to use InPost locker’s,quick & easy,no address required

3. Select "Send a Parcel" option: After accessing the InPost locker system, choose the "Send a Parcel" option to initiate the process of sending your package without an address label.
4. Provide necessary details: Next, you will need to provide certain details about your package and its intended recipient. These details typically include the recipient's name, phone number, and email address. Make sure to enter accurate information to ensure successful delivery.

Hey with absolutely no label on.. just pop it in and do I have to take a picture of anything else like any other barcode or something? Or literally put in and go?? Will I get an email right away?
@@pariwishasad8291once you have placed your parcel in the locker, return to the screen where it will prompt you to scan the qr code with your phone and enter your email address where it will then email you a receipt

I sent a parcel this morning no label, I thought it will print a label before I put the parcel inside the locker. I called the customer service and she said no need label and I was amazed, how do they know which parcel going to which address
From what I understand each locker is connected to individual qr codes that have all the information needed, so when the courier picks up the parcel they print the label themselves, with the address based on the locker/qr code used, and send it from there
We thought the same ,magical fairy’s just make it disappear and it just gets to address,not sure but it works every body gets there parcel.

We have a roll of barcode labels that we attach to your parcel, please be aware that some do still require a printed label, we do not carry printers with us
So you transfer the info from the parcel to that barcode to identify the package ? That's cool @@FatherJack-b1u

Once you've completed your shipment details, you'll be taken to payment methods. After you pay for the shipment, a 9-digit sending code and a QR code will appear

Just do it,for some strange reason we have had this happen to us on a few occasions just haven’t had time to find out way

No need for a label, couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel. If you've received an InPost barcode on a label then print it and securely attach it to your parcel (lockers don't have printers). Scan the barcode at the locker and follow the instructions top right corner of video

@@PaulTheGardener it's not better if my parcel is undelivered and is returned back to me, which is what just happened when I tried to send a parcel to a friend. She gave me the postcode of her nearest InPost Lockers and I added that postcode to the delivery address. Then, it got refused and returned back to me. Is there something I didn't do right for a delivery to an InPost Locker...??? 🤔
Hmm, as a courier - the only thing I can think of why it wasn't successful is if the intended locker is one of the smaller ones and is always full or is broken, in future try sending to one of the larger ones

Yes separate lockers unless they are all going to the same destination then you must package them all together, I often find multiple parcels in the locker and end up taping them together

There’s an inpost locker near me but I’m not sure how to do it. I’m sending through Evri but it says I need a label. If I just scan the QR code give by Evri, would I be okay? I don’t have a printer and the nearest parcel shop with a printer is a good half an hour walk for me :(
Wouldn’t risk it ,check with InPost first

I’ve not witnessed it but I believe that the couriers print address label otherwise they would just get lost in transit.

Do you only use a QR code for locker to locker, as vinted says something about prepaid labels for home delivery. So when you’re posting it directly to someone’s home, do apps like vinted give you a prepaid label and barcode to stick to the parcel, or just a qr code?
It’s QR code ,the person that collects parcels put the labels on
I use in post when selling on vinted too. Ive only had where i download the printed label after the customer has paid, then stick/tape it on the parcel. I then scan the bar code from the pre paid label to the locker screen, then the drawer opens, and once locker is closed you scan a qr code from the locker screen which will send your receipt to your email.
From my experience, you have to have a printed label for home delivery which then goes to the courier companies like Evri etc.
Hey thank you so much for posting this. I did exactly the same but now it's being returned to me with the explanation "Was unable to deliver parcel, instead it will be returned to you". I thought it was something I had done. (no label) has anyone else had this issue?
Sometimes they just don’t even get collected from locker ,99% of all InPost packages have been delivered for me to date.

However, Evri does list InPost Lockers as a drop-off point on their app, so it is possible to use an InPost Locker for an Evri parcel if the specific locker is listed on the Evri website. Overall, both Evri and InPost Lockers offer a convenient and secure way to drop off and collect parcels

Only necessary if your parcel is Evri, royal mail etc. but it is helpful should our barcode label fall off which can happen when it is raining, really cold (which I discovered this week at -5) or more frustratingly the packaging is made from recycled materials
Main reason I don’t put labels on is we don’t have access to printer like alot of people,thanks for advice 👍

I sell on vinted too. I have a printer at home so i will print that of and attach to the parcel, then at the locker you scan the bar code from the prepaid label, select compartment, put it in, then go back to the locker screen to scan qr code which will go to your email as proof of receipt.

Normally few days sometimes on the same day depending on courier and if you post early

When the item sells you’ll receive the shipping label of your choice in the shipping details will be a QR code hope this helps.
If still unsure go on help centre (Vinted)
I mistakenly put 2 parcel in the same locker and now they delivered one with the less item and another one is missing
Sorry but mistakes happen possibly courier has had pocketed it who knows, just going to have to take it as a loss,just hope it wasn’t to costly,even possible that first person got both packages who knows.
As it wouldn't have had a label on it and we can only stick one barcode label on one parcel per locker then it will probably be sitting in a delivery hub not knowing who it belongs to.
Once you realise your mistake you can ring the number on the locker and explain the situation and they can open the locker for you to remove your parcel
How do you not need an adress?
Just follow instructions in description ,scanning your QR which has the details on.
