Here @thehappyhootie we did all of the research on bottle washers and cup rinsers so you don't have to. We purchased several options from Amazon and tried them out at our own home. We then took the best parts from all of them and had one manufactured.

Not that I am aware of. Sound like you need to invent one! If so I can visit you on the beach when you make your millions!

This specific rinser of ours had to be discontinued due to manufacturing company going out of business. We are searching for new company but none has been found that produces the quality we like yet. Sorry
hello! i’ve installed my rinser but it is so difficult to press down- is there any way that i can make it softer? atm i have to use both hands to press down and it really hurts
Hmm. It shouldn’t be that hard. Some brands have a rubber or plastic washer that is under the “pressure plate”. Perhaps it was assembled with this in the incorrect place? It’s hard to say without being there… but I can say that it should require only minimal pressure to operate.
Maybe your water pressure is too high? You should try to shoot for around 40 to 60 psi.
You say it's the best glass rinser on Amazon, can you show what other items used you tested and the supporting results that led you to your conclusion?
We don’t even sell ours anymore. The results are still the same . I would recommend finding one with the qualities we found. We took the hard work of sifting through several to find weaknesses and did make a product that avoided these weaknesses.
Our supplier shut down and we have been unable to restock . Hope this helps clarify.
