So I think the vents look superlative and I'm going to do something similar with mine, although I will need a horizontal vent. I wish I could have seen how you welded the bottom to keep the unit stable. How many BTUs was your condenser unit? Also did you give any thought to using the heat pump (condenser) to also heat your hot water? I feel your pain with the wall unit blowers, it's why I want the ceiling cassettes instead, but it's hard to find a dual zone with ceiling cassette that doesn't cost the Earth.

Burn the weeds, wash the crack, line the crack with coarse sand, fill with large caulk gun size black rtv gasket maker , smooth and walk away. ❤

Thanks for the video. Have a T8 Recharge UK spec. Just please confirm is the flap lockable as the petrol ( gas ) cap is with the central locking, I ask because when I returned to my car having been shopping the flap was half open and wasn't when I left it, worried somebody has been upto mischief. Otherwise regards from rainy UK.

I've used the elastomeric liquid pourable sealers, the first extended winter freeze and they lose all elasticity and become solid as a rock. After this, the driveway shifts with expansion and contraction and cracks again. This is a decent product to use when seal coating the same year you might sell a house, or just want a temporary repair the year you do a seal coat, otherwise it's not worth it to redo this annually. I imagine a hot rubber melt product would be better.

I have a 2019 Lexus NX Nebula Gray. Bought this product hoping to touch up a color areas on the hood that got scratched from highway driving and the color isn’t the same. The kit I bought is much darker than the OEM color. Not very happy and probably going to pay someone to repaint the hood soon.

Wife threw in the towel yesterday as she was trying to set up our 30 year old tree. Went on line and in less than a minute ordered a Balsam Hill | 7ft Prelit Incandescent LED String Lights Classic Blue Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree. We are 72 and probably should have done this sooner. Grand kids coming for Thanksgiving and we want all our Christmas decorations up so we can celebrate Christmas with them albeit a month early as we won’t be able to spend Christmas with them. This is the perfect solution.

I've had a 2024 MDX for a year now, and I absolutely love it. The touchpad is a great feature because it lets me operate functions without getting distracted from the road. I know not everyone gets used to it, but it works perfectly for me. Plus, the armrest is one of my favorite parts, I can rest my hand comfortably, use the touchpad, and control the music or volume without losing focus. It’s a shame they removed the touchpad in the 2025 version. As for the key fob, I don’t have any issues starting the car, but I do notice that the proximity detection isn’t always consistent. Sometimes, I have to take it out of my pocket for the vehicle to recognize it. The interior lights are something I personally really enjoy. It's not just for the kids. The ambiance they create is fantastic, and the way the lights change along with the performance mode is activated is, without a doubt, my favorite feature. In my opinion, the interior lights are one of the best details in the car.
