To remove the gas pump, you need to remove the rear passenger seat, then unscrew the 3 screws that strengthen the hatch.
After which
1. Disconnect the plug from the fuel pump and the fuel level indicator.
2. Remove the fuel hose.
3. Unscrew the fuel tank cap.
4. Remove the fuel pump with the mechanism from its place.
5. Replace the fuel pump.
In this video, I replaced the BMW fuel pump with a LADA 2110, LADA 2112 fuel pump.
After installing a new fuel pump, it is necessary to check whether it provides a minimum pressure of 3.5 bar on the Injection tube .
Как снять и заменить топливный насос на BMW E39. Заменить топливный насос BMW на топливным насосом LADA
Чтобы снять бензонасос нужно снимать заднюю пассажирскую сиденье, потом открутить 3 шурупа которые укрепляют люк.
После чего
1. Отключить штекер питание бензонасоса и индикатора уровня топлива.
2. Снимать топливо шланг.
3. Открутить крышку топливного бака.
4. Снимать из своего места топливный насос с механизмом.
5. Заменить топливный насос.
На этом видео я заменил топливный насос BMW на топливном насосом LADA 2110, LADA 2112.
После установки нового топливного насоса нужно проверить обеспечивает ли он минимальный давление 3,5 бар на рейке форсунок.
