That was an amazing deal for $35! Just the AYCE sashimi alone it worth more than $35! I liked the "Mr. Tim" place tag on your table! Thanks for taking us along with you.
Cant believe youre in my country Tim.. welcome to Malaysia lol… and its rainy season now it always rains in the afternoon/evening but mornings up until lunch are usually sunny
Looks Delish, Tim. The white cube you thought was Taro was actually a boiled & compressed Rice Cake called "Lontong" which we typically eat with Satay.
That just killed my dinner 🤪 Wish wish I was there too. I didn't know that about Malaysia. Have you ever been to Singapore? So envious fantastic buffet 😂 God bless ❤🎉
Hi from Orlando Florida 🙋🏻♀️ I am new to your channel and I’m hooked. Love watching you travel around the world trying all the different foods even though I’m vegan.
Wow that turned out to b an amazing room and buffet for the price! Coca u did very good! It all looked wonderful. I think the skewered grilled meat would've been my favorite. U didn't want to eat the soft jelly like coconut after drinking the water? Coconut water is delicious!
A lot of times the desserts at these places are just standard but the desserts at this place looked so unique and interesting - particularly the oreo cake in strawberry flavor!
Tim: only you booked a hotel in the wrong country! All said & done, it was a great deal with breakfast at $30. The buffet was also a great deal, big selection! Interesting that there was a lot of Lebanese dishes!
I guess ending up in Malaysia was a blessing in disguise - that buffet looked really good! Looking forward to introducing you to more Singaporean delights soon! 😊
Aloha Tim Beautiful buffet in Malaysia ! My Son is a Pastor in Okinawa ,Japan and he recently traveled to Malaysia with his family ! He loved Malaysia ! I Love the coconut water ,delicious drink ! yummy desserts too ! Enjoy Tim !
Aloha Tim 🤓 It was so nice to watch this vdo this morning to start off my day with yummy foods 😋. Mahalo 👍🏼. I live in Hawaii and miss my hometown Singapore and the food of course ! So you made my day 😉. P/s. The stuff you thought was taro may be ketupat ( ke-too-part ) which is rice cake that goes together with the satay and you did right by dipping it into the peanut satay sauce 👍🏼.
Salute to the interesting city of Spore & its most impressive leader LKY. Btw, the ppl are flocking to Msia for the good, quality yummy food. BEST IN THE WORLD, lol!
glad you remembered about the butter fish😁 it is tasty but.... great looking buffet but i also liked the little glimpse into the open market food stalls I would have liked to see more of it. Great video as always. Was the item you thought might be taro actually jicama/sengkuang??? it looked like jicama sounded like it tasted like jicama 😏
Bummer you ended up in the wrong country 😮...$35 USD is worth it...I would just eat all the seafood to get my moneys worth...but all the food looked fabulous as always...enjoy your meal, safe travels and God Bless 😘🤗❤
Tim everywhere you travel and eat the food looks sooo good. I really like seeing you enjoy your food. I do not like stiff and starchy eater's. Food is meant to be enjoyable when delicious.
No need to plan. I book a flight in, a flight out, and the first hotel, and wing it from there. We stayed at the Renaissance in June. You do Windham, I do Marriott brands.😁 That was our breakfast restaurant every morning. It is out of the way, but Grab is very cheap. Took Grab everywhere.
@@TimLeeLetsGo go to KL, we stayed at the Ritz Carlton for $130/night! My wife says where else can you stay at the Ritz for $130? But a local hotel would only cost in the prime area costs $45 to $60/night. But then again it's not the Ritz. Happy wife, happy life!🤣🤣
No way! I'm staying at a wyndham Ramada resort here in side, Turkey 🇹🇷 can't really say I've had the best experience so far however with the resort 😮 terrible food and awful staff 😳 x
Would you consider doing a get to know me video. Does your job include a lot of travel? Unless you are rich. If you are, cool beans. Stay safe and stay well.
Really grateful that we can be a part of this channel together. For me, getting to connect with everyone here a true gift. It is a nice and well needed break from the stresses and demands of work and home. 🙏. Thank you so much from reaching out!
However, I would perfer they display roast chickens, chicken thigh, drumstick, wings, roast duck instead putting the lamb. Practically majority people don't eat lamb, for them it's just as good for display. Awe! I have the soft spot for icing cakes with a cup of coffee
Most foreigners are ignorant of the regional history. He kept saying singaporean food and menu. Please understand, singapore is originally part of the malay peninsular. So the food in singapore are a bad reflections of Malaysian cuisine. If you get my drift. Of course singapore wants to create something they can call their own. So they have been pinching Malaysian cuisine and calling it their own. We in Malaysia don't care all these 'singapore' attached menu when we know they are our cuisine in the first place, we just enjoy the good food in malaysia regardless. I won't be surprised if singapore will claim & submit to UNESCO or whatever to call the coconut juice as 'singapore' juice. Haha Even now, Singaporean is following israel strategy of occupying land that don't belong to them. Slowly but surely, starting with a rocky outcrop belonging to malaysia in the straits of Johor.
How can you not like this man. He finds every buffet and kills it
True. FROM WEST to east, where buffets are concerned, HE'S THE GUY! Great videos.
People go to Las Vegas for their buffets. But from watching Tim's videos, the buffets in Asia and Europe are way better and cheaper
Try kota kinabalu seafood Market in sabah. You will be blown away.
Tim always find's the best food's!!
Been watching so much on the war and I realized I needed a mental health break. Your videos always make me feel better
Yes, IMAGINE
all the people
Living life in peace ...
Thanks for the refreshing videos.
What a guy! Even in the wrong country, he finds a buffet. Great video. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure.
😂😂😂
There are buffets in Malaysia. Else you can go to a mixed rice stall be it Chinese or Malay. Order from the available spread maybe over 30 choices.
Wrong country? Lol
Yes! Malaysian, food is my favorite. I hope more people learn how yummy it is:)
You are the best. Kind and respectful.
Love this video. I am on my way to Malaysia and surrounding countries in a few weeks. Can’t wait to try the recommendations. ❤
That looks absolutely wonderful. So much variety.
Looks Delish, Tim. The white cube you thought was Taro was actually a boiled & compressed Rice Cake called "Lontong" which we typically eat with Satay.
that's what I thought. thanks for confirming!
Love lontong/ sayur lodeh.
Another great buffet... especially for the price 😋 Those were huge prawns and Satay right off the grill. So many items to choose from. Thanks Tim.

Drooling here😋
Loved this video
Everything looked so delicious!! I shouldn't have watched this at 3am.😂 Now, I'm wanting it all!!🍛🍜🍤🍣🥥🤤
The white cube is actually a rice cooked in a bamboo - just a Malay traditional cooking, complementing the satay / satay sauce.
I can see how that goes so nicely with the satay sauce. Very enjoyable 😋
its called ketupat.
Wow that turned out to b an amazing room and buffet for the price! Coca u did very good! It all looked wonderful. I think the skewered grilled meat would've been my favorite. U didn't want to eat the soft jelly like coconut after drinking the water? Coconut water is delicious!

Hi Tim, food looks yummy 😋
Tim: only you booked a hotel in the wrong country! All said & done, it was a great deal with breakfast at $30. The buffet was also a great deal, big selection! Interesting that there was a lot of Lebanese dishes!
LoL... That was my thought too when I got off the plane and saw that the hotel was in Malaysia 😆. It was indeed a wonderful mistake 😉
I guess ending up in Malaysia was a blessing in disguise - that buffet looked really good! Looking forward to introducing you to more Singaporean delights soon! 😊
I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive everything in Malaysia is.
Very, very, nice affordable buffet. Thanks Tim.
lol 😂
Selamat datang ke Malaysia Tim 😁Glad to see you have a buffet in my beloved country 😍
These buffets you go to see all fantastic 😮 the food looks delicious 😋 you are lucky
Very fortunate to get some very good advice from people around the area 🙂
That fresh seafood looks so very tempting!! 🎉 And then your joke about 5cc's of sauce left for your lamb, lol!!

Tim everywhere you travel and eat the food looks sooo good. I really like seeing you enjoy your food. I do not like stiff and starchy eater's. Food is meant to be enjoyable when delicious.
We certainly enjoyed our meal that night.. had to do laundry afterwards, a bit of a messy eater here 😉
can someone explain his warning about the butter fish? thanks!
Too much can disturb the bowels 😮😂
I like Fried Calamara or Gulf of Mexico Squid . Most people don't eat squid just because of the appearance.
I often wonder if you sometimes go back to your room and just collapse into bed? 😂
All the time 😁
I always enjoy watching Tim eat... love this channel
Nice hairstyle 👌 And you tried some salad 😊😊
The hair style is a lost cause 😉 The salads were good though!
Guess your next trip definitely has to be in Penang.
Thank you so much and will keep that in mind
Penang ... Good luck if coming this weekend.. holiday jam everywhere... Hawker/street food
Tim, have gained 22 lbs., watching your vids,--- you are making my tailor very happy--=+A+

It is quite amazing how far the dollar stretches. Absolutely no complaints 😃

Wow! How is everything in Turkey? ... interesting times and hope all is well.
@@TimLeeLetsGo it's an experience of a lifetime I just wish there was more meat and any seafood whatsoever at the buffet. Its mostly vegetarian! Xxx
Hey Tim…is your family with you on your adventures?
interesting hair cut. 😊
Ciao Tim 👋 👋
Greetings from Greenwich London ⛵️⚓️
Cheers 😋👍🌹✅
Would you consider doing a get to know me video. Does your job include a lot of travel? Unless you are rich. If you are, cool beans. Stay safe and stay well.
Yummy.
I know I comment a lot, but you talk to us like we're your friends, so I end up doing the same. I'm so glad you get to travel!! Wish I did!! 🎉😊
Really grateful that we can be a part of this channel together. For me, getting to connect with everyone here a true gift. It is a nice and well needed break from the stresses and demands of work and home. 🙏. Thank you so much from reaching out!
I heard this country real estate price is so cheap compared to Vancouver that is why you find good deal buffet there
Hello Tim, what is the name of the hotel?
That was a Wyndham Hotel called Trinidad suites Johor Bahru
Is everything so wonderful? Be honest and tell us if you dislike something...🤠
They have this every night?
I believe it's only on the weekends. They don't have the lamb or some of the barbecue items on the weekday, mind you the weekday is only $15
❤❤❤❤
Hope u didn't get food poisoning!!! I dislike raw food in buffet😲🤭😂
Why Malaysia also got Jewel?
Oh... that was in Singapore... I arrived in Singapore but accidentally booked my hotel in Malaysia 🤦🏻♂️😉
🙏 To the person reading this, even though I don't know you. I wish you the best of what life has to offer 🙏 🙌 😊❤
Okay we all know you're a bot
😂😂😂

That's ONO.......
Unless it says beef. ITS probably Water Bufffalo . Fresh from a farmer.
Well mayy this was for a reason
Think International and you find the buffet cheap
I think I just found a solution to my weight loss goals....move to Malaysia. Other than the rice there isn't a thing in the buffet I would eat!
Hahaha 😂
So interesting how the food is different in a Muslim country- even though very close!
What's wrong with butterfish?
😂 look up the cons of butterfish 😂🤢

Have you EVER got food poisoning from any food? Seafood always dodgy - I love it - but oysters and prawns!
You need someone to go with, just call.
