    Hallo, can you again do video about 🐾 exercise?
    Nowadays have many women problems with their feet.
    Role play hormones, pregnancy, walking in bad shoes and less barefoot walking. Especialy barefoot walking can great activate muscles in longitudinal and transversal arches. There are few immportant diagnostic test for arches.
    1. Pick things up with your toes (this can show flexibility and force in feet muscles)
    2. Turn arround with your back to the camera and twenty times stand on tiptoe as much as you can. (this can show flexibility of your achilles tendons).
    3. In the possition with your back to the camera lift up one foot to show sole visible for the examinator and in this possition twenty times stretch and curl the toes on your feet as much as you can. Than do the same with the other foot. (this can show how much flexible the joits in your foot are and the circulation in your plantar area.
    These three steps are not only good diagnostic tests, but even great exercise for prevention or improving foot health and every woman should know them and do them.
