Resolving to Relax: A Somatic Contemplation of Gene Key 40

As we endeavor to steward and cultivate the Holistic Operating System emerging from within us at the evolutionary edge of humanity, we must understand the fundamental value of the Breath and the dilemma of Relaxation as a pathway toward Surrender into Divine Will.
In. this contemplation we warm up to the energy of the 40th Gene Key through exploring the breath and the presence of passive tension in the Nervous System. We work our way into the tension and move the sticky energy through breath, sound, and movement.
The second half of this Contemplation is an Embodied Encounter with the Opening First Sacred Seal, which sits at the Physical Root of our existence, and is the final of the. Seven Seals to be opened, releasing the Wound of FEAR, aligning ouorselves with Archangel Michael, and Awakening the Siddhi of Divine Will on a Collective level.
