Harvey Weinstein’s rape conviction overturned in New York court

An appeals court in New York has overturned ex-movie mogul Harvey Weinstein’s 2020 rape conviction, saying the judge in the landmark trial prejudiced Weinstein with improper rulings. The court has ordered a new trial.
