Despicable. Both him, and this reversal.
Same creepy lawyer i see on CNN's panel loving on trump and excuse mongering for him sitting on the end, nay saying any and all negatiive points against trump...
lmfao
😂😂😂 America do you see
Now how elite prepare things
OMG! SE JODIO Weinstein with this lawyer
But we are going to throw rules out for Trump.
America needs people like Arthur! Congrats to the American justice system! The metoo movement disgustingly poisoned the justice system.
Seriously look at all these brainwashed people on the comments
Alot of those women were genuine and should have gotten justice⚖️. Once you seek out corruption to prove your case then it damages the outcome.
Harvey Weinstein's conviction overturning is despicable and disgusting news to me, but what is worse is the enthusiasm people like Arthur Aidala have about this, it's the perceived lack of empathy towards victims what is upsetting. Aidala has a point I agree, I don't approve the way he spoke outside court (when there were microphones before him), he makes it seem like this was all about his client. He shouldn't have spoken the way he did, this should have been managed with more care.
It is justice to provide a fair trail with solid evidence. Those who testified in this case but refused to file charges should have never been permitted to testify about an accusation they knew nothing about.
Each case must stand on its own. Weinstein may yet be convicted but it must be on fair evidence.
