Stefany is such a lovely lady, she knows how to sell her work well. I do love all the apartments especially aption#2, but I would jump on apt #3 just for kitchen, closet and the bathroom.
Ok Boss the third one is the one I like…white kitchen aesthetic and the blinds and the floor to ceiling windows. I prefer white doors and white door trims. The built in cooler on the island. The pantry in the kitchen. Im glad it was shown to you furnished so it can be looked at as a model unit. Round of applause!!!

Tanaania is a true influencer. It shows there are many luxury apartments out there. Just work hard, get your money up and you can live in comfort. I was even admiring the features and envisioning them in my own home. Love this video

Top safety tip for car at night. Make sure to look in the back seat or on the floor for anyone. Ppl sometimes get in your vehicle and hide out in the floor behind the front seat. And wait until u lock all the doors and u r inside

I love all three apartments that was showed in the video. The view was amazing. I loved the realtor energy, also I loved how she listen and showed you apartments that have top tier security. Jamaica 🇯🇲 look like foreign thou lol 😂
My personal favorite was the penthouse because I love how it have lot of space and also available for rent and sale which is something you looking forward to. And I see you having your families over there living life. I love this new apartment energy

I love option 3. It's the smallest apartment of the 3. However, the builder utilized every square foot, and I love that. Your bathroom door is also a mirror, and it slides into the wall. Security is everything for you now. Option 3 checks all on your list and more.

I love all three apartments, app#2 would be for a larger family settings.
Love app#1 a lot but, I’m obsessed with the amenities at app#3.
Please make sure that if you are recruiting someone for cleaning purposes, please do a thorough background check before hiring.
And only find a white wall inside the home you’ve chosen to do filming. Just one big white wall…..

Number 1 is a nice and an expect upgrade from where you were.
Number 2 is a house like Tan you should already be pregnant lol. It’s a lot of house to fill. The glass in the showers all need to go right up and touch the ceilings. Or higher it just looks odd like they ran outta glass or money.
Number 3. Is very nice don’t care for the furniture it is smaller but still a good cozy nice home feel. The security is basically upper scale condo security you get in foreign so that’s good. Love all the amenities.
Can’t wait see the new apartment. This was a nice colab with realtor since I knew you weren’t gonna actually show us what or where your choosing. I bet it isn’t any of these 3.

Love 3 amenities are on point and the view is A1. Love that the bedrooms have a view but not a balcony for safety reasons. I will say though unfortunately it has one of the things you mentioned you would prefer not to have. Stefany is a top class realtor. She has me sold. Plus she works for Sotheby’s (iykyk). Loved the tour and congrats on the move. God always blessed with bigger and better.

I loved the first apartment ❤not sure about the pink colour like wat tan said in the room the views are beautiful
2 or 3...only thing about 3 is the space, but the other features of apartment 3 like the movie theatre and the event section makes up for the space. And the only thing about 3 is the color brown but that can be fixed. Maybe you can even get 3 unfurnished as you stated and furnish it yourself to make it a little more spacious
