Yep, probably one of the most subtle but accurate indicators of the status of society. I saw a woman with millions of views on her youtube/instagram that all she does is film her and her dog doing things together. 20 years ago we would have called her insane. 40 years ago she would be in a mental institution. But today we worship her for worshiping her dog.

As a social worker who works with adults, it is extremely frustrating that there are no more mental health institutions. The police will not put ppl in jail who have a history of "mental illness" instead they call us, like what am i supposed to do w/ this person? this new "compassion system" is beyond broken and is putting people at risk

When I was 16 my black pastors wife of a foster mom didn't buy food in months. So my doctor asked me what's going on at one appointment and I told him. He contacted my social worker. I thought I finally had my foster mom dead to rights for neglecting us. So my appointment gets done only for her to somehow be 2 hours late. She picks me up and drives me back home for our house to be filled with groceries. The police show up ans arrest me because she had food despite me complaining it was all bought today. The police arrested me for false allegations and my (social worker) helped perpetrate it for years. My question to you as a social worker is how organized criminal activity is committed in the goverment agency you work for? Is it because your all apart of secrecr societies trying to parasite of of societies issues the goverment causes? Like what's the point of your job when most of you cause more harm than good?
