The pec deck can be found in every gym across the world? When I lived in Chile, Numancia Sports Gym in Valparaiso didn't have a pec deck. :'( ... Had to use cables for flys.

Yes I can teach Sadik Hadzovic something! The flies should be with more stretch in the arms, and cross over. The incline dumbell is way to high, the seat should be at most 54 degrees. Science says so. Even well respected scientist in the body building world. The peck deck shows this because there he hold the stretch more. This is actually I guy I would love to train. Seems to have a good knowledge!
No my friend. Chances are the angle of your seat is too high or you are going too deep with the dumbells. Try putting the seat on 45 degree or lower. Or lower the dumbells on the level that makes your arms on a 90 degree angle (arms are horizontally straight) and dont go lower. Also remember dont flare your elbows! It can cause internal rotation of the shoulders which put on alot of unnecessary stress (can cause injury). Last tip is practice on your mind muscle connection. Try squeezing your chest first and feel the upper chest contracting

if you can't do the decline bench press... what would be a good substitution for that exercise?
I do incline sometimes but you can do decline on any bench that can incline, just flip it around

You can't target fat loss. Enter a caloric deficient and you'll be fine
