- This week is part two of my week in Gloucestershire visiting Saul Junction Canal , Meeting up with fellow Vanlifers and parking up wathing the world go by. This week was just what i needed.
My name is Sean, i have been living Full Time Van Life in the Sprinter van again for around 3 months now.
I started this lifestyle because of my 20 year broken relationship.
Ive started to put my life back together and build for a future. I have turned my original van into a badass camper van that is lifted with all the toys. Over the years ive converted a Standard V6 long wheel base van to now, living fulltime in a jacked up van with Siri and Alexa as my companions and driving off-grid into the country and living life and moving forward .

🙋♀️ What a lovely place, really enjoyed it almost as much as being there ... and glad you had a nice time with friends and family. Boat life is very similar to van life - only much dearer ‼️ the boats cost a lot more than a van and are expensive to run, and you have to pay a licence fee too. If you want to know all about it go watch the 'Cruising the Cut' series. In one of the vids he gives a breakdown of all the expenses. He did it for about 4 years and then went back to bricks, but he also has a camper and that channel is 'Vandemonium'.

I thought of you while I was watching a video yesterday from "True Blue Travellers" who are converting a Sainsburys van, they had a thermostat device on their diesel heater that kicked it on and off. Looked interesting. It's on their latest video.
I was going to buy a MH in the new year but now going for a traditional narrowboard, if you get the chance, do it! Slower pace of life and cheaper!!
