How good Is Nathan, from groundsman to Aussie cricketing icon - what a career (so far).
I think Patty saying on Fletch & Hindy that the MCC members were the least threatening mob he'd ever faced was pretty brutal, Hindy's reply of, just like Roosters supporters complimented Patty's dig beautifully.
Also Stokesy's declaration in their first innings of the first test was so confusing more than anything
YESS!!! Please more Willow talk here, absolutely love it
Great stuff bois… really appreciate good humor and respectful humor…
Hads is always good. Nath is a legend. Your pod is well anchored!
God love you Nathan, Because I sure do.
Not an Australia supporter but what a legend Gazza is. Much respect for him after that effort at Lord’s to go out on his shield
Great throw Carey!!! Goodluck Gary comeback soon
Nathan Lyon's cricketing brain is just superb. Loved his analysis of Bazball. I hope he goes to comms after his illustrious career is over, would love to hear more from him.
He hasn’t got voice for it, he always sounds like he’s got the arsehole
Great show
I think Mike Atherton caused Wood to do the dog thing. He said in the morning interview “ You’re like my springer spaniel ready to be let of the leash “ So I think Wood-E just rolled with it 🤷
Brad Haddin is good at calling it, when he called Tate’s fastest ball. He wasn’t wrong! Shame Cricket Australia treated him like s**t 🫤
As an Englishman, I’ll be the first to admit that losing Nathan was a huge blow for Australia and ultimately I think it cost the Aussies a series victory. That said, I thought Jimmy would be a factor and he was just very poor. I thought Jonny was a risk worth taking but ever thought his keeping would be so terrible. Then again who thought Boland would get blitzed out of the team? What were to odds on Marnus and Steve only scoring two hundreds between them on wickets which were by any measure very flat and un-English. As for Lords, I’ve never been prouder of the crowd and the old codgers of the MCC for giving the Aussies the verbals. We know what we saw and we didn’t like it. Let’s put it down to cultural differences rather than that misused expression ‘spirit of cricket’. But I’d not have an Ashes series any different. There’s always been a bit of spice and ‘banter’ and for Aussies to try to take the moral high ground after ‘you know what’ with Warner of all people fronting up to 80 year olds was a genuine highlight! Cannot wait for the next Ashes saga down under and just hoping Stokes will be fit and well to lead the charge and help avoid another drubbing.
who the hell says "grab a bong day"
Lol bazball was u thrashed by a 41 yr old and 37 yr old bowler, a 36 yr tests spinner that came out of retirement, and 2 inexperienced openers and a 22 yr old Brook
Gazball
“X” amount of colour on your test uniform? Then how does England get away with their pale blue “whites”?
include timestamp
Hahaha that's Bazball Brad!!! Haha enjoy
Carey and Bairstow after 23 minutes... thank me later
