I used to organize my packing cubes in categories with like tops, bottoms, underwear. Now I organize them in days/outfits. I put everything I need to wear for that day in one cube including underwear, socks, and bras. It’s so much easier and I find my luggage stays more organized as I’m not rummaging through multiple packages.

Compression socks absolutely work. If I would’ve known better when I was younger, I would’ve worn them preventatively. They can help you avoid getting unsightly varicose veins in your older years. However, as a person with very thin legs, it can be a challenge finding compression socks that actually compress. If you find that they didn’t work, it’s probably because they weren’t small enough.
I’m going to blow your mind. I too am new to the packing cube game but it’s particularly helpful when you travel and stay in multiple locations. Put your stuff for each location in a cube. Get that cube out for that location and don’t keep packing and unpacking a whole bag. Did it last year in Italy. Plus I do think I get more in my bag…
Roll and squish technique with packing cubes has been my life saver. Can fit so much in!
