I grew up with few positive influences. I found one in early adulthood and have gradually improved my life seeking more. I didn't realize how important they were to growth and slowed my own progress more then once when I f😢orgot to stay positive. This is how it works: It's called the law of attraction. You get what you feel and believe, whether or not it's true, and it doesn't make a difference if it's positive or negative.
Everything works by vibration. No matter what anyone tries to tell you, _there are no exceptions to this law._
The ONLY way to fix that predicament you're going through is to think of _only_ positive things about them! I'm live serious, man Every time a negative thought crosses your mind about it, shift your thinking to something positive about them.
This might be a little hard for you to hear right now, but if you really want to change how things are, this must be done.
When you start seeing them in a light of appreciation and respect, you will attract that type of behavior from any officers who might cross your path. Almost as if by magic, they'll exhibit those positive attributes. And your encounter with them will be a caring and respectful one.
Remember, though, that you must be honestly caring and respectful, as well. The police have a highly-tuned sense of intuition. They can unconsciously sense fear, dread, and hateful thoughts. So make sure that your feelings and expectations are on the right track.
I kid you not. This is the God's honest truth! This stuff really works! But you MUST...
1) Be *_sincere_* in your mind and heart about this new perspective of them.
2) *_Make it a consistent habit._* If you vacillate or side-step or back-peddle on any of it, you'll neutralize and nullify all of your previous positive efforts.
3) TOTALLY IGNORE ANY SO-CALLED EVIDENCE THAT GOES AGAINST YOUR NEW BELIEFS.
So does this mean put your head in the sand like an ostrich? If you want to be a deliberate creator of reality instead of regurgitator of it, then YES, you do. If you simply "face" reality like the ignorant masses do, then you'll continue to recreate the same old crap, just as the masses do.
If you want to access and harness the power that creates worlds to your own liking and wishes, and you want to be a deliberate creator rather than a haphazard, crapshoot, hit-or-miss creator by default, then you must do all of these things mentioned. Next...
4) _Write down (or type) your blessings every single day!_ Even if in the beginning, you have to write down the same things over and over again, do it!
This is how you do it: Get a notebook and title it "Book of Positive Aspects". You want to cover different categories that are important to you such as your health, finances, relationships, etc. *Also make sure to add the category "People in Law Enforcement."* Write whatever things you can come up with that are positive about this vital public service - all the way from the tiniest positive aspect to the grandest, big-picture positive aspect.
Remember that your job in this is to create reality, NOT to regurgitate the unpleasant "what-is". Otherwise, you'll just be recreating more of the same, which will make you feel like you're in a rut.

You have negative thoughts of those things that you want protection from but it is those negative thoughts that will bring you the pain from the things you want protection from. Stop thinking that way. You are calling it into your existence. This is EXACTLY what this audiobook is saying. Make the connection.
