This is great information JZ. I got rear ended last week. I was on a free way merging from one freeway to the other. While merging traffic came to a stop, so I stop too, but the person behind me for some reason didn’t make the stop and rear ended my vehicle. The person who hit me didn’t have a drivers license, but did have insurance. The person said that she would like to pay for the damages out of pocket, so that I don’t file an insurance claim. I told them that I was willing to work with them if I can get them to sign a letter that I wrote about the accident and that they will be liable for expenses. Well long story short, after getting some estimates the person said that it was way to much and that I should file a claim with her insurance, so I did. I recently took my can in to the persons insurance, so they can take pictures for there adjuster. They also asked me if I consent for them to EDR my vehicle and that it was optional. At that time I didn’t know what EDR was, so I looked into it. After researching information about EDR, I went on a consented because I know I wasn’t at fault and don’t have anything to hide. After watching this video I question myself if I did the right thing by consenting to the EDR? What are your thoughts?

What about if you have a bruise to the bone? I had to get treatment pt chriopractor etc for 10 months. That is longer than a break. Ty for your answer before hand.

I hit a deer can I see my own insurance
I got into a car accident and I have the video of the crash the other driver is at fault my car is now total loss. I have a scar or my arm still from a cut. diagnose for head concussion. I did chiropractor and physical therapy for a year due to back and shoulder, neck pain . I’m still dealing with those same pain and now I have get surgery on my right shoulder. I’m home now recovering from surgery and I will have to do more physical therapy in couple months. The insurance I’m going against has a million dollar police. How much you Think my pay out will be ? So I was in a car accident 2 months ago hit and run. The investigation did find proof of of the hit. I did have 11 problems with my body including my car totaled. Did receive an (MRI ) I believe I was ask 30k. So my question is. I know my medical gets 15%. Does the insurance get the rest? Or how
FL resident. What do I do, when I’m the victim of a bad driver, followed up with a bad faith insurance company. My ‘22 Dodge Ram 3500 was hit, by the at fault driver. The good news, he was fully insured with a $100k policy. I have a $1M commercial auto policy. I’ve got a clean record, I have never used my insurance, until now. My big problem is that the accident occurred on Oct. 1, 2022…. It’s now July 14, ‘23. It took them 10 months to total my truck. I’ve been without my truck for 10 months, while having to make the payments still. $1,800 truck payment and $1,119 MGL and Commercial Auto Ins. per month. It took them 10 months to total the truck and it’s been 6 weeks and counting since they officially totaled it. My credit is messed up, I’ve lost $8k - $24k per month in revenue, that I would have made with having the truck. I’m seriously lost! I’ve got an attorney, but he doesn’t seem to be that concerned or pressed. I’m collecting the data and info that I need for the case against them. This is insane to me. I’m so close to losing everything, while fully insured… how is this possible!?
What about renting a vehicle at $30 a day to make that kind of money? Are you too hurt to drive? Or to broke to rent the vehicle? With that kind of money you could be making, it makes me wonder what else is stopping you? Jabe you heard back from your lawyer. It took my sister and her husband 2 years for a small hit fender bender, but my grandma ended up with a fracture she got 10,000, and my sister and her husband got 5 g each 😮 I was recently rear ended and hurt and im struggling without my vehicle so I feel your pain but you made a lot of money. I was in a accident in august, I was a passenger and my friend was driving and her two kids were in the back seat. A car came from the other side of the highway and hit us head on, the kids had nose bleeds and my friend hit her head and went unconscious and broke her right hand and had to have surgery. I fractured my left knee and had seatbelt bruising across my stomach and chest and major pain in my right collarbone. I was wondering how it works for a scenario where two adults and two children were in the car and someone hit us, does that help my case? Me and my friend (the driver) both got lawyers with the same branch but I assume it’s two different cases.

Ok so l was the passenger in an accident. I went to the hospital in an ambulance. I contacted a lawyer the next day. I was immediately sent to therapy for whiplash, and lower back pain. They found 2 herniated disc. The chiropractor recommended epidural injections for my back however I’m a cancer patient and my oncologist advised me to not let them manipulate my back for the fear of my cancer spreading. ( l have Mets breast cancer that has spread to my sternum bone and I’m currently in chemo treatment.) I’m in constant back pain however l must still work as a nurse because l need the medical insurance for my treatments. My question is will it effect my settlement because l couldn’t take the epidural injections?
I realized your assumptions and probabilities are vague. My co-worker suffered neck, hip and back injury in New York rear end accident. My co worker had x-ray, MRI, and CAT scan and it was determined disc was reactivated, right hip contusion and severe muscle tendon strain and neck and back. My co worker was treated with steroid injections, pain relievers and ablation procedure. I'm sure my co worker received $300,000-$500,000.

My husband was hit on the driver side but it was my husband’s fault. On top of it , it happened on one of our cars that we hadn’t added to our insurance yet. The other guy wants to file a lawsuit, we’re so screwed 😫😫😫

Hi. I’d like to know if you an idea of how much my case would worth. I got in a significant car accident sometime on 2018. Got rear ended by a tow truck driver. Then my suv hit the fourth post from where I was at (few hundreds of feet away from where I was waiting to turn left). I was taken by the ambulance and sustained concussion. I hit the front of my head against the stirring wheel, middle part of head from the metal part of the head rest (and had cut from it. Had 12 staples in that cut to stop the bleeding at the ER), and back of my head and whole body slammed my seat so hard I partly broke it. I also hurt my tongue and it was bleeding from the accident and swollen for a couple of weeks or so. I now have TMJ. I’ve been treated by a chiropractor for the whole year, then stopped, but just started back with him again a couple months ago due to stiff necks, back pain, shoulder pain, symptoms aren’t not totally gone then. My CT Scan, XRay, 2 MRI’s came back negative. I’ve got two neurologists at the moment. My new neurologist referred me to a vestibular, physical therapists for my neck (for whiplash), and speech therapist for cognitive problems. After two months of physical therapy, my two physical therapists just cancelled my future appointments with them coz they’d want me to see my neurologist ASAP, coz they said I’d have “extreme reactions” (spasms) during exercises. Thought one of them said the MRI for my neck just came back negative, so they’d wanna know what’s going on... I’d need to talk to my neurologists just yet and see what he/she wants me to do. So my treatments are not done yet then and I still have some appointments scheduled till early/middle next year. The tow truck driver was completely at Fault, I’ve got tons of pictures and evidence, as it happened that some people at the scene took pictures and sent them to me. My mom in law came over and saw me at the site. My husband saw me at the ER and took pictures of me with my head bleeding so badly. I still have lots of symptoms from mild traumatic brain injury, mostly cognition (struggles with talking to people, doing math for writing bills, memory problems, brain fatigued as well as physical tiredness everyday as well). I also have tinnitus now too, as well as balance and dizziness problems. And probably some more that I can’t remember right now. I rarely ever see my friends maybe once in 6 months coz my body can’t handle extra responsibilities just yet. Driving is hard. And most days I have to see my doctors anyway. And I just rest at home in times I don’t have doctors appointments, so I don’t really have lots of time for other things yet. I always need 2-3 days to recuperate. I’m always exhausted since I have to go out of the house often to see doctors. Good somebody’s driving me (that’s another topic Lol). The driver’s at fault has a 2 (or 6 million policy limit, don’t remember which one now lol). My lawyer told me that the insurance company of the guy who hit me didn’t contest (question) that I was not at fault at all.
I’ve been wanting to go back to school and finish my classes so I can teach (I’m a teacher by profession), but I realized I’m definitely not close to normal yet. My speech therapist said we probably would need 2 more months before we can do more complex tasks. I have a toddler and taking care of her is already a struggle for me. So I’m just trying to live Day by day.

My girlfriend broke her hip on a car accident on January she took and ambulance and was at the hospital for 3 days and stay in bed rest for 3 months and she kinda still have pain she got a lawyer but she haven’t talk to her about how much she getting pay there’s not a lot of communication

How can you show that the other driver was drunk if the jury cannot see the police report?
Normally you will get a copy of a police report along with witnesses statement from your lawyer. With those you take them to court with you, if you don’t settle out of court.
What about trauma? The other vehicle was completely at fault, I have a few scars on my legs and a concussion, and some low back pain. But the hardest part is the things I had to see that night. There was 3 casualties in the other vehicle, two of which were ejected from the vehicle and I saw. Nightmares, flashbacks, I’ve got all of it.
I think you have to go to court to get pain and suffering along with psychological damages. I settled out of court and didn’t get it.

I had two fractures on my spine while she’s with a concussion and now has severe headaches. Would I still be able to get a claim going? Or would “geico” just pay me $0.

I didn’t use a formula. It’s experience knowing when offers aren’t fair. And I got him to an independent medical exam with a urologist who diagnosed him with a penile fracture and erectile dysfunction. He also had a large disc herniation.

My accident happened in Houston texas tho can I still talk to you about it. I was seriously injured but I thank God 🙏 am getting better.
