3 chimera king is excessive. Even 2 isn't really necessary, you always making a 2nd G chimera on turn 3 to clear field and OTK. If anything you play 2 mythical berfomet, once 2 are in rotation you can loop them infinitely. I have been liking diabellze with cosmic in main, frees up some side deck space and going first diabellze lets you cosmic away their spells. Tao makes getting diabellze on field more efficient. I moved hand traps to side for main deck book of eclipse + horus engine, better for beating hand traps that aren't droll and going 2nd they are still very solid. Imsety pitch edge imp is a free coach king.
I totally agree! - i play 2 berfomets, as it always happens tht i got an illusion and 1 fiend/biest, so i only can go into berfomet, and can mill another mon from deck - diabellze is broken, no superpoly, no evenly, no droplet - im still not sure if i rlly wanna play 3 apprentice as i often got to many starters in hand and no handtraps/boardbreakers
@@Alex-td2zv Yea even if you had the valid targets available, you kind of want to keep your last gazelle in hand as long as possible because once it is gone you will only have floating effects to rely on. I side out 2 apprentice going 2nd, only need 1 for the OTK and 6th card changes the math.
@@karuptedninja2000 I agree its risky in that matchup but in my experience they almost always rip Brafu targets (if you play them) or typhon/zeus. Partly why I stopped playing hand traps especially post-side in that matchup. Even if they rip king you can still OTK.
@sDkrumpedon if chimera as a deck was better than snake-eyes kash as a deck I think you'd be 100% right, but atm I don't think it's worth the risk while snake-eyes kash is a significantly better deck
Nice profile and I appreciate you going into detail about all your choices. I’m running one Diabellze in the main too because she’s pretty easy to summon not to mention if you’re playing against Snake Eyes. I’m running Chaos Angel too since you can make him so easy with a Nightmare Apprentice and Mirror Swordknight. I like the Dragon Undertaker too and put him in my deck I just wish he was a quick effect so you could use him on your opponent’s turn
I actually have diabellze too but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to include her but I didn’t. I should have though, I think she’s pretty strong to at least to side minimum. You can use him on your opponents turn! He’s all trigger effects that can be used either turn when the conditions are met 😄
@@JarridYGO damn lol that’s good to know I just got back into Yugioh about a year ago after being away from it at the middle of GX and it’s definitely one of the hardest hobbies to learn. I end up learning something new like everyday
Oh that’s interesting! I’d have to try it but it might play too into nib but this can definitely raise the ceiling by far with some strong cross sheep plays!
i love this deck right now i play the version with diabellze and evolzar. Is super cool deck, but 1 question i still dont undestand, how i can summon a rank 4 with the deck how u special a lv4 on board?
I love the hand rip aspect so much like I explained. Also I think super poly is getting played around a lot currently so talents is a safer option. (At least in my opinion)
@@JarridYGO One can never play around super poly truly. Unless that weird tenpai field spell is up (super poly in the battle phase if they dont make the synchro in the main). Also, in a fusion deck no one has ever said there were too many fusion spells. Frankly the one off illusion monsters can go with the exception of master tao (we love master tao) for super poly. Cause super poly is your form of nib and is need to keep your opponents board in check. Love what you've brought to the table. Keep cooking!
There are a lot of two card combos that allow you to set up two level six monsters. Ideally you want to make both level 6 fusions while keeping the apprentice on the field. During your opponents turn you can then revive both a fiend, beast or illusion and the king himself. This way you can get resources or floodgates. For example you could send diabellze, the barrier statue, end of Anubis or sgaddol beast and tearlament sheiren to make winda
Where I get confused is how you get two monsters without using berfomet and getting locked into fusions since setting up barrier statue sent off Beatrice seems like something you should do turn 1?
@@ryuuketsu119 You use Beatrice during your turn and in opp. draw phase. you need two card combos to use the Beatrice line: Apprentice+Edge Imp, Apprentice+Patchwork+Discard, Swordknight+Edge Imp, Swordknight+Patchwork... Thus you have a second fiend. Then you summon gazelle instead of Berfomet and thus, dont get locked

Just cause the popularity of snake-eyes kash I think you need to play 2 just cause there will be hands you can win with if they can stick unicorn

Love nightmare apprentice for the crazy support it gave to illusions/chimera
What do you think about playing 3 vision resonator and 1 red gaia to go into some synchro plays? You can almost always access it by Berfomet fusion

Berf second effect to revive! Helps a lot depending on what line you’re trying to do!
Foolish reborn lvl 4, mirroir ss lvl 4 from deck and berfomet reborn anything from grave if send as fusion material.
Why are you not maining super poly instead of triple tactics?

Can someone explain the Beatrice combo?
