I am torn on these.. while they look more realistic they cheaped out on the ingredients and I feel the chef hat uv light should be reusable. I will still get a few if they come to my stores though lol addicted to all the minis!!
The uv hat is reusable up to 20 hours

I am totally with you. The Chef’s hat should be reusable. Not just for 2 hours.
They need to get rid of the disposable lights and give us more ingredients. They just feel so ….lacking. Hopefully, they do better in their next series, but this was definitely a good start.

I usually use the miniverse and minibrands as ingredients in my dollhouse. They look really good in a doll fridge and cabinet. I would do the same with these. I dont use the resin. If I don't use the resin I have many uses.

They should've included more ingredients instead of the uv light. Such a shame.

I think they should sell a decent uv light as an extra accessory and use the excess money for more resin, cause they always seem to skimp out and it’s unfair cause you can’t always complete the recipe with what you’re given. I’ve got so many half filled glasses from mini brands due to a lack of resin.

I love the whipped cream. So fun it comes in a can like real whipped cream. I saw the box says sets in seconds, that feels misleading 😢. 5-10 minutes is not what most call seconds.

Mini brands create is a copy of miniverse cause miniverse is more popular so they made new stuff to attract people to buy it but I have not bought a mini brand in months and got a miniverse on like Monday

Not sure why the little spout for the resin bottles falls off while you are pouring and then resin dumps out on everything.
It’s good that they don’t give too much extra of stuff. It’d just end up in the trash anyways for most people. Some crafty people may use it. But most would end up tossing it.

I’ve seen other channels who had trouble with the caps to use dispense resin didn’t fit tight enough.
The hat feels like a lot of wasted plastic, plus we have all these batteries going into garbage. The light is weak and holding it for 10min is too long.
The amount of ingredients is far less than we’re used to with Miniverse. We tend to have enough leftovers to come up with our own recipes.
I didn’t like that things like pasta were just a single plastic piece. I makes the recipe look less real and takes a level of creativity away since we can’t move around items in the dishes. Nor can we divide up the pasta to use for an additional recipe.
So far pretty much all the display stands look to have the same flaw on one edge.
I may be mistaken but the print on the ingredient bags plus on the ingredients themselves look a tiny bit pixelated.
The whipped clay for whipped cream is a cool idea. I really like this addition. Once it warms up though it can come out less pretty though or start to flatten out while drying. A light doesn’t cure it.

Oh my! I think they cost US$9.99 but will confirm tomorrow with the receipt.
I also weighted them some where same but sented them also. Beacause in my ball some weighted same but had something else some products are damaged So you can also have neat piece and also i marked the weight of them trust me toy mini brands series 4 is a good collection they are red keep an eye on them i also send something with them but they are not mini brands they are two gifts and open on UA-cam

I know Mini Brands really needed to compete with Miniverse, but I still think Miniverse is better. I just feel Mini Brands is too plastic and like the ramen, its just a big plastic clump. Why they needed to copy some of Miniverse recipes I'll never understand. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Dear CoolToys, I love your videos and your ideas of transforming these miniverse items. You make it all look so easy. Would it be an idea to have everything opened before you show your videos and have the resins turned upside down, ready for when you start filming, say 10 mins before. Just a thought. Stay cheerful, as always. 🙂

As far as the product, it's hard for me to get past the design. The fact that they partnered with Masterchef and the logo and design style is on everything...it all looks very plain, cold, generic, boring. The miniverse looks better from a design standpoint to me.
The connection between the toy and a real recipe is interesting; I do, however, wonder how many people that buy these will also utilize the real life recipes.

I think they give you as much as you need of ingredients. If they included more then they'd be wasteful. You really should wear at least nitrile gloves when working with anykind of resin or uv resin.
To be honest, I didn't watch this all the way through, as I'm vegan and had no interest in watching recipes with meat prepared. What looked delicious to you made me kind of queasy😊 I do have 2 questions, though one is. Was there any vegetarian or vegan recipes included? Also i'm curious if you ever tried the chef's hat For the Full ten minutes. I think it would be helpful to the viewers to know if it at least worked

About your second question. The Chef hat UV light works, it just takes 9 minutes longer than my other UV light.

Hi have you ever been to Kentucky Fried Chicken? They serve chicken products no red meat. So no hamburgers no meatballs. Because that's not pasta and meatballs that's mashed potatoes and Chicken Chunks with gravy it's called a chicken bowl. What you call a burrito is a chicken wrap not a burrito again Kentucky Fried Chicken. The hamburger is a chicken sandwich. The salad is called coleslaw. It's made with cabbage and carrots and I don't know if you know what coleslaw is but it's very good. One more thing you keep calling it soup but that is is their chicken pot pie. I don't know if you've ever had a chicken pot pie but they're delicious. They have a creamy sauce with chicken and vegetables inside of a pie pastry but Kentucky Fried Chicken just does the top. Hope that helps. If you've never been to Kentucky Fried Chicken you should really go it's delicious.
