Mini Brands Create (MasterChef) - Chocolate Profiteroles + Lattice-Top Apple And Cinnamon Pie
Вставка

- Today we'll open and create a couple more Mini Brands Create items!🎨 I'm diving into the chocolate profiteroles kit, but with a totally different twist.🍫 In fact, it's so different that I only used one of the items included in the kit (times ten).😜 I know, pretty crazy - you can't even call them chocolate profiteroles anymore!
Then, I put my spin on the Lattice-Top Apple and Cinnamon Pie kit, making it even better.🍏🥧 Hope you enjoy the video and my unique takes on these fun Mini Brands projects!🎉

There is a nail art product called spider gel. It is exactly what you need to make the spun sugar.
Thanks for the tip, I'm checking it right now!💛
That's what I was going to suggest. The gold spider gel. Use the silicone mat and do lines of spider gel back and forth connecting them on at least one end. Just cure after a couple of lines so that you can maybe crisscross them and still have them appear separate. Then peel them (you may need to do a couple sets to make them look like a sugar nest) and wrap them on the tower.
My other thought is to get a needle nose bottle. Put the resin in it then use the needle tip to draw the tiny strings on your silicone mat and cure them.
Also you can use gel polishes to get the colors you want.
@@GBKuhleen Most welcome!
I LOVE the apple pie you made! It looks hella realistic, i love when people when people do this, it looks like a real mini you have instead of a toy.
Thank you, glad to hear that!😊
Now that's a showstopper! I would have that creampuff tower at my *wedding*. ❤
Awww that's such a great compliment!😊
My daughter and son in law were married three years ago today- May 18- in England. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it was just them. They had a croquembouche wedding cake. I would have loved to have been able to try it!
Oh I'm sorry to hear that! Yeah, these are usually made at special occasions. I've rarely heard of someone making this at home just for them.😅
The profiteroles looked great. I think to avoid the “holes” in the stacking process, if you stack them like… bottom row, then the next row go between the two, rather than precisely on top of the one under it. I still like it though. It’s cool that you got the rare scented one! I’ve been to 3 Targets and can’t find them. I don’t like ordering online because I can’t weigh or pinhole them. 😉 Perhaps I’ll find them one day. I still haven’t been able to find the books either (and I just really want the Burn Book and the tiny Magnifying Glass). I’m definitely going to find that exacto!!! TFS GB and I hope your weekend is fantastic! 🩵
Wait a minute -- there's a pinhole thing for Mini Brands Create?😮 I hope you can find all of these soon. Thank you, same to you!😁
I saw a display case of Mini Brands Books at Walgreens recently, which I wasn’t expecting to see! Might be worth it to check!
I was in the hospital for a month & enjoy watching live TV there, so I had a month away from YT.
I'd forgotten why I subscribed to an unboxing channel since I'm trying to avoid overconsumtion. I almost unsunscribed without watching but decided to watch this anyway.
Jm SO glad I'm SO glad I did!
GB Kuhleen, you seem like an amazing, thoughtful, curious person. Not only is your voice relaxing & claiming. It feels like I'm watching someone who has discovered their creative side for the 1st time & is enjoyed their artist journey. It feels like I'm watching the birth of a new artist! I can imagine this evolving into an art/ craft channel in 5 years. I sincerely hope you continue to nourish & grow your creativity. It's been wonderful to see dip your toe into the art world.
If don't already do this, may I suggest you have sunscreen on your hands. That UV light is pretty powerful and can definitely damage your skin or cause melanoma down the road. I mightve made this comment previously but seeing your hands in the UV rays makes me uncomfortable. Spf 50 at least 😁
I’m worried for him every time I see him click it on.
I say sunblock, or else he'll get a weird tan-
Oh, I didn't know UV rays do that.. it's really nice of you to give us all a really good tip!
You and your creativity know no boundaries….💛💛💛
Awww, thank you!💛

Wow, the pie came out so fantastic, thanks for using my idea! I'm so hungry for pie now because you made the filling and ice cream look so realistic. Your croquembouche was also great!
Thank you for the idea Amy!😊 I know, right? I got such a craving for apple pie after making it.🤣
You made a croquembouche!! Looks great !
Yes! Thank you!💛
It really is lovely ❤
ive truly been enjoying these
I just found you, and im in the car so I was looking for a long-form video of sorts, thanks for popping up! love ur creations and shorts :)
Awww, welcome! I'm so glad you found my channel!💛 Hope you'll enjoy everything else on the channel! Drive safe!🙂
@@GBKuhleenthanks! I love these resin things myself, I unfortunately got off to a bad start with them though because we got the two hardest ones, haha. you are super creative with all these!
Your voice is very pleasing. Love doing stuff listening to ya.
ur channel reminds me of my childhood watching miniature cooking videos and i love it so much 😭😭😭
OMG that apple pie looks amazing!
Hey dude. You great. I been watching for a few weeks now. And I got to say your vids for this is just great and straight to the point. I love them. I know you probably get so many kids watching but I'm 43. Also I managed to score the 3 display kits that are on the outside of the mini brands boxes. My local rite aid let me have them. And I forgot that they didn't include some stuff and no resin. So if I want to make them I will have to get some resin to put them together. But I saw you get those so I felt really lucky that I got them. I think I got an aquarium, bowl of popcorn, and the ramen.
I'm subscribing because I definitely want to see more of your custom works! You seem to have and they are so very pretty!
Wow well done GB! This was well worth the watch. I love how dedicated you are to making it look so life like. Now I want apple pie hahaa
You always make the miniture look so much better than the original! I just subcribed btw ❤
Thank you so much! And welcome 💛
you’re my comfort UA-camr. your videos make me feel relaxed and safe!

Absolute pallet cleanser.

Beautiful job, love the pie! ❤
Hi it is and I am have a nice day hope you do to keep it up ❤ we going on a road trip love your vids
Thank you! Have fun!🙂
LOOOVE THIS SERIES SM so creative 🥺
they all look amazing! if you still wanted it to be removable from the slightly curved plate you could put a thin coat of vaseline so it doesnt cure to it
Love these look amazing the croquembouche was what we had for our engagement party cake ❤
Your so creative
Bruh! The details are so good it's look more realistic than the real foods!! 😭
It looks so realistic!! Very impressive
Great ideas! I'm so glad you take suggestions from your viewers! ❤
Glad you like them!😁
AMAGING !! IDEA !!! WITH THE WONDER CUTTER MAKE GAPS TO THE FORKS !!! MORE REALISTIC🧐
Happy to see this video cause I was thinking of making croquembouche myself!
Hi Golden Boy! I love your content! Not sure if anyone has mentioned this to you.. but, I love that your nails and cuticles are always on point 🤗 I'm a nail tech so I always look at peoples hands LOL..
I think i might have found my new favorite channel....this make my brain happy...I wanna do thissss
❤ this is what I love about you ❤ you always think outside the box and make things more interesting and creative ❤ keep up the great work ❤
Oh my, it looks so good! Great job!
I’m obsessed with these videos
They both turned out so good!!
yayyyyy new posttt
They both look great!
My 19 year old daughter would love this. She doesn't like cake at all or even brownies or cookies, etc. Though she loves pafiteroles, etc. So, as her birthday is a few days before Christmas, this is our go-to birthday cake for her. They aren't so easy to find locally if it's not Christmas, though I could buy a good number of boxes of profiteroles .
Awesome job ❤❤
You are getting better at the presentation well done
Great work on the Apple pie looks realistic.💜
Thanks so much 😊
Wow, more great Kreations 😍 I love your attention to detail and seeing all your projects in the background 😁 Do you work looking through your camera screen or arre you looking directly at your project? 🤔 Another tip for doing the spun sugar.... cut a small piece of silicone mat and make a cone around your project, then tape it to hold the shape. You can then create your sugar strand pattern around the cone. Once set, gently remove the silicone, then place over your project. You can adjust to your liking and attach it. Can be fiddly, but looks really good 👍🏻😁 take care and stay golden 🙏🏻🏆
Thank you!💛 I do both, but mostly looking through the camera screen -- it takes some getting used to but at this point I'm quite comfortable with it.😂 That's a great tip! Thank you for sharing!💛
My favorite was the apple pie 🥧
I just discovered your channel recently and I’ve become addicted!! I even realized that we live in a similar area and in a few videos you actually go to jewel Osco and I work for them. I just found that very cool!
At 14:14 I wished you would add some of the almond-sesame seeds instead of more apples, to add a bit of diversity, other nuts or seeds would have worked too, but I don’t know much of them yet 😅
Edit: or add them to the front like in 15:49
Edit 2: or on the last layer 18:46
Just wanted to say that if you ever want to make something look like plain sugar, to use the crushed ice. I used it on top of the tarts in the huge minibrand pack and it didnt look too bad! You could also do that if you ever re-create those mashes potatos.
I loved the apple pie!
Hi GB! They both turned out great! 💜
Really enjoyed seeing your take on these mini desserts 😊
GB K, today's creations are beautiful. Very fun to watch as well. Thank you. ❤
Glad you like them!😊
Love all your creations! An idea for the apple pie - as you have that amazing cutting tool you could make the pie whole then cut a piece out?
I love the cream puff tower. Such a good idea
That pie is amazing!
You did an amazing job as always
I think the puffs need a berry or whipped cream or something on top. Other than that it's so cute
Kia Ora & good Sunday morning G.B. Yet another great & creative video 😊😊😊
Thanks for the gorgeous food just on breakfast time😊😊😊😊😊😊
Jane in New Zealand 🇬🇧🇳🇿
Both of these look amazing! The apple pie turned out so realistic and yummy.
Thanks so much! 😊
Wow it’s so smart skill make it. ❤
Yes I like it and perfect pie 🥧
I would love to see you try to do a frozen moment stir fry with a mini wok or skillet 🍳 or maybe a frozen moment egg fry/scramble. I'm a big fan of how you make your own twist on them ❤ the frozen moments minis are my favorites to find
These are awesome!
Ughhtgt they look so good🤤😮💨
This is TOO CUTE! You did a GREAT job!!! 👌🏼
Thank you!! 😊
Absolutely love your content!
Now I want some apple pie with ice cream😂 that turned out amazing
Golden boy always stay golden. Amalia
I give you the Paul Hollywood handshake for the dessert you made! 😂🤗
Amazing!!!
I love your creativity with all of these mini brands! Could you add a raspberry and mint leaf on top of that pastry puff tower? Just like a finishing touch. 🫐🍓🌱
I kinda hope mini brands make series 6 since they haven't made it and were almost in june hopefully they make it
Also you videos are great! 😄
Love itt❤❤
Another idea for the sugar wire that might work could be dipping dental floss inside of the glaze resin and wrapping it around
Theses are amazing, you have NO boundaries when it comes to theses projects and i really admire that!!
-also does anyone know what the exacto knife brand was?? Would be real useful 🎉
the color of the mini brands apple slices looks more realistic to me because it gives the impression that the slices have been a bit oxidized, like you just cut them and they're already starting to darken just a touch
Awsome job!!!!👌🏻👍🏻🤩👏🏻
Thank you!! 😁
I want to make a croquembouche so bad, I need about 3 more sets to have enough lol. Gonna steal ur idea on the plate when I am finally able to make mine,, I have a ton of those frozen items, Def better than the smaller plate! These r One of my favorite deserts!!! Been playing around with the spun sugar, almost have it dialed in lol. It's hard tho with resin! Love the knife, I just recently ordered one and its a game changer compared to my exacto knife!! As always love ur creativity!! N I'm one of those who cringed when u filled the middle with the pastries lol. I love the thought but couldn't do it, I want all my extras lol. But I Def understand the reasoning.
The ice cream needs caramel sauce on top. Love them both.
Lucky number 31 to like this video and it just started 6 minutes ago.... Now to watch it. Hugs from Esquimalt
Hope you'll enjoy it!😊
Heya... again, this was a great video. As a side note... if you wanted a more cinnamon scent, maybie add some actual cinnamon stick that you can cut down to look like the apple slices between the layers. Just a thought. Hugs from Esquimalt
I've wanted to try a croquembouche. I read about it in a manga called mixed vegetables. It was a wedding cakw order. For that reason i never thought the inside was hollow. 😮 i assumed for a wedding it would be full, but considering Japanese people and how small they are i guess that makes sense now. 😅😂
Maybe you should splurge and some of these foods and try them if you haven't tried them from the masterchef minis.
Also i don't know if it was the way you edit it, but it looked like you put the rounded part of the apple you cut up on the edge of the slice, my ocd was like turn that around. But it looked great at the end, so it didn't matter. 😂
Seeing the creative way you make it actually makes me want to buy one, but not too sure yet. I bet the company would be happy to hear your video made me want to buy one.
You make me happy
Awww 😊
He has posted
9:39 the flat apple slices ARE realistic😂 those are the ones you use on top
Ur so talented if i tried anything like this, it would be a big mess
big mom's favorite ahah
Reminds me of church's biscuits 😂
Your to much of a artist
They both look great! If that tower was real, im betting money a 7 year old would grab one at the bottom
I have been obsessed with your content, no one else compares!!! Isn’t it quite bad for your hands to be in the curing light? Just concerned 🥺❤️❤️❤️
You could've used the left over whip cream from the mini brands series to fill in the gaps
Very good
Personally, I prefer when you try to make the actual dish it shows in the picture with minor changes to make it look nicer. Then it would be nice if you saved projects you make with duplicates for another video. The way you used to do your videos were cool because it gave me ideas for what I could do to make what I was given look nicer and you gave tips that were very helpful
Broooo I love the one on the top top. You could have done strawberries and a leaf
Hi GB, do you have some sort of ventilation system set up for when youre working with UV resin? Is there any set up you would suggest for someone working with UV resin?
Yummy! Check out pie and pastries by GB Kuhleen. He actually cuts the pie, adds filling etc.
Why did some blueberries look orange in the uv light?
Also the pie looks DELICIOUS! i would devour the things you make lol😂
uh,.... What about white roving for the spun sugar? And how strong is that knife? Could you have filled the whole pie and then cut the slice out?And as far as UV resin goes, you could actually heat it up a little using a warming mat and it would come out no prob.
Do you think you can use your new magic knife to separate the tines of the fork?
I would love to get a wonder cutter, it would make cutting much easier, especially with arthritis, but I can't afford 3 or 4 hounded dollars on one, thoughts were the only prices I could find unless it's under another name... Oh, love the video...
