Alongside with the IBS regular symptoms...I have so many weird symptoms, I hope you can help....spasm and feeling like my colon literally stops after taking a shower! Like every single time..also, when I take antibiotics to treat something else..I get severe diarrhea (something new I never suffered before).. Lastly, constipation after PPIs, Ondansterone and alcohol...

I've tried so many probiotics and just don't tolerate them. It's strange because I used to tolerate some of them and found helpful. What specific tests do you use to find gut infections?

You talk about "die-off" several times. But you never define what you mean by that!

The die off is the reaction that I talk about from 1:40 to 2:05.

Talking about "stir up the pot" and "fighting back" is not an explanation. Maybe for small children but not for adult viewers watching a video with a "Why" in the title.
Are probiotics causing a selective pressure on the bacteria in the gut, which then leads to certain mutations in these bacteria reproducing more (natural selection)? Or something else?

Its not about die off symptoms. Its about every person has a unique biome in their gut and trying to unify them with probiotics can cause problems. I have tried many sorts of probiotics, they just do NOT work for me. I am better off by myself, not taking probiotics, thats it.

Are you saying that you don't have any symptoms at all of any kind unless you take probiotics? We map out everyone patient's microbiome, so we're very familiar with the differences between people.
