I have this carb at sea level stock exhaust, I went with 180 main and factory pilot jet, clip set to top of needle. Two screws out on air fuel screw. I’m not an expert but that’s what I found best
Thanks for sharing, did you ever changing the jetting or just been running the 190 and 22.5? Ive done the same mods just sometimes i feel like the jetting is off and causing some throttle bogg

With the stock carb and throttle cable with the bar rises and pro taper atv/Pastrana bend, the throttle cable was on the tight side but still worked. I have gone a bit leaner on the pilot to a 20 and main to a 185

Yeah overall throttle response and power is better and the needle position is in the middle. It also starts up so much easier especially from cold
Question, did you have to buy a longer throttle cable for those bars? if not what size/model are those pro taper bars?

I am located in Albury Australia which is 164 metres (538 ft) above sea level. I have now gone to a 20 pilot and 185 main
whats the top speed difference? from stock to the vm26
Not as much a higher top speed but it got to the top speed faster than stock. So it accelerates faster with more throttle response.
