She managed to fight off her siblings, save people, hold back her true power, and cause minimal property damage WITHOUT any proper training or real hero experience. Props to our girl Eve.
Raised in a household with a mentally abusive father and a doormat mother. Her friend abandons her the moment she gets powers. Her siblings falling apart in front of her. When he facepalms, he’s clearly ashamed of himself for what he had considered.
2:01 That was Black Samson, the guy in the new Guardians who was always arguing with Rex. They mentioned that he was part of the old team until he lost his powers, then he got them back after the fight with Battle Beast.
This was honestly amazing. I already loved Eve and found her to be an absolutely amazing and strong character. But to know that she was not only strong and badass as a kid, but mentally strong enough to go through all that death and sadness in a single night and then make the best of an awful situation with her living family and continue living with this knowledge makes her quite possibly my favorite character.

@@Chanksss viltrumites casually tank the suns heat. And are capable of withstanding going through the moon two times over lmao, this is the worst take ever. Even with her powers to the fullest extent she wouldn’t be able to do anything to any viltrumite. She wouldn’t even be able to put a dent into them. These are the same people that can travel at light speed to practically destory planets. Which wouldn’t even give eve a chance to use her powers before she’d get blitzed like the guardians did in the comics. Her powers aren’t all that amazing since she can only control inanimate objects. And if her powers were on they’re full potential she wouldn’t be able to use her powers against the viltrumites because they have smart atoms and can control they’re own atoms. Basically making them immune to her powers essentially. Viltrumite just don’t have super strength dude.
@@Chanksss Omni-man is at least 40% speed of light in the show Only read if you're interesting in comic spoilers for Invincible Eve's got a built in mental block on her abilities, she can't use them on anything she perceives as conscious unless she's on the brink of death. And that actually happened once while fighting a Viltrumite around the same level as Omni-man, result being she took off all his skin but didn't get the kill. That was with an energy blast, though, she didn't directly attempt to affect him with her powers to change him. For directly affecting a Viltrumite, on a separate occasion she was able to heal Mark of straight up being torn in half while also making him stronger, so she's definitely got the potential for large scale changes that ignore durability.
so the thing about Nolan in the end scene was as a Viltrumite, he normally would have killed them right then and there, then just started over. or just started the world take-over thing the moment he saw Mark was probably a dud. feeling things like he had been at that point, or even remotely caring about them was a new thing to him. he's done this to several planets already and never had to deal with this. those emotions, that is. not once. In that scene where he buries his face in his hands, you can see the exact moment where he feels deeply ashamed. Not just as a father and husband who cares about them for even thinking about doing such a thing, but also as a Viltrumite who can't gather the strength to do what he's mentally coded to do in that situation. Those conflicting mindsets that are constantly present and battling inside Nolan, are what honestly in my opinion makes him one of my favorite pseudo baddies in the setting. this man was fighting his own demons the moment Mark was born and he didn't even realize it until years down the line. it started long before he killed the league of heroes.
I think her friend Val was more afraid of her than jealous. While some kids would think it was cool af if their friend suddenly showed up with super powers, it's completely understandable for a kid to be afraid of something they don't understand. But on the other hand, you'd think people in this world would be used to others having superpowers, what with Omni man, the Guardians, and all these supervillains existing
Eve: - has a very specific interest - considered weird or a freak by even her own parents - gets sent to a special school - could stare at a tree for hours on end, often stares into space, both of which make people uneasy - never felt like she belonged anywhere - has trouble making friends - very empathetic; she mourns over people she barely knows and wants to help total strangers ...... Is Eve supposed to be an allegory for autism?
Maybe, maybe not, people usually conflate behavioral patterns that are into the pot of Autism as a scapegoat. Being weird is normal, everyone has little things that they do.

Dude, what in the hell? If she was a villain, she would’ve been a straight *MENACE.* Like Reverse Flash type shit. 13:14 to 13:23 The way Brandyworth responded to Eve was pretty funny. So straightforward and nonchalant. 😂 25:37 to 25:40 Yep, that’s how I felt after watching the episode last year. Tonight’s the first year anniversary night that I first watched the Atom Eve special and I decided to watch your reaction to celebrate. I made a good memory back then and I think I just made a good memory watching this too.
Yo so 1 comment wasn't even enough to describe how OP Atom Eve is. Eve is Her. She is the Main Character. Atom Eve possesses the ability to transmute any material on a molecular level, manipulate energy, and create objects from nothing, making her virtually invincible and capable of rewriting reality. Eve's powers cause her to regenerate from fatal injuries due to the trauma helping her temporarily overcome the mental blocks that prevent her form affecting organic matter. Also, whenever Eve dies of old age, she immediately resurrects and de-ages to her prime. Her only weakness from what I see is the ability to be speed blitzed.
They set the bar too damn high in the atom eve special. The animation and fight choreography in every other episode doesn't even come close to how good this was.
If I was a villain and got packed up by a 12 year old hero like kill claw or the others. Then it’s time to give up, and it’s not cause it’s embarrassing. It’s cause if their able to clap me as a child, I don’t want the smoke when they get older.
Omniman does love mark and his wife, He also knows that he will outlive here a few hundred times over not that he actually views her as property. That's also why he flies away at the end instead of just killing him, his emotional tie to them is conflicting with a lifetime of indoctrination from his home planet. He is starting to see the conflicts in his worldview, like when religious people, or kids raised in racist lifestyles start to realize thats not how it works by default.
Her dad and her mom really make no sense like why would you be mad your kid is a genius when it comes to science, other than that she just seems like a regular kid so it’s weird that they’re acting like she’s so strange when she’s really not
they explained that eve was showing these behaviours before she was able to even write or read, which is strange and adam in particular doesn't do well with anyone not fitting his idea of what should be. he has prejudice against superheroes as elaborated in the second season. the only reason he stopped trying to strongarm away her behaviour was when he found out other people were noticing.
Atom Eve is trully the Scarlet Witch from the Invincible Universe and those moves👌🏽💥 She was 12 and all this tragedy happened to her. Meanwhile Marc just beeing the Tape Man🫠🤣 Omni Man have feelings he's not allowed to have. We still remember the pet one mate💀
I laughed at that part where atom told the cops to fall back and form a perimeter, they told her to get out, car headed towards their way, Aton Eve saves them and now the cops are cooperating, reminds me of that scene in avengers where cap was in the same situation with the cops during the battle of New York
as someone whos grown up around white people, hung out with white people, i have never heard of a cream cheese and olive sandwich. that sounds disgusting.
Omni-Man is definitely conflicted. His battle against Mark wasn't about trying to convince Mark that he is right, but instead he was trying to convince himself. All the flashbacks and the scene at the end of this show that he actually does care, but he knows he isn't supposed to.

Her powers have infinite possibilities if she knows how to use it.
If she masters it I don't even know who would able to beat her
Even viltrumites would be afraid.
@@Chanksss Omni-man is at least 40% speed of light in the show
Only read if you're interesting in comic spoilers for Invincible
Eve's got a built in mental block on her abilities, she can't use them on anything she perceives as conscious unless she's on the brink of death.
@@Chankssshouse of Eve. “No more Viltrumites”
so the thing about Nolan in the end scene was as a Viltrumite, he normally would have killed them right then and there, then just started over. or just started the world take-over thing the moment he saw Mark was probably a dud. feeling things like he had been at that point, or even remotely caring about them was a new thing to him. he's done this to several planets already and never had to deal with this. those emotions, that is.
The fact that there are so many supervillains should coz a lot of children to be wary of or even scared of superpowers
gives everyone a whole new perspective on atom eve, and showed one of her OP abilities
Eve:
- has a very specific interest
- considered weird or a freak by even her own parents
- gets sent to a special school
- could stare at a tree for hours on end, often stares into space, both of which make people uneasy
- never felt like she belonged anywhere
- has trouble making friends
- very empathetic; she mourns over people she barely knows and wants to help total strangers
...... Is Eve supposed to be an allegory for autism?
Maybe, maybe not, people usually conflate behavioral patterns that are into the pot of Autism as a scapegoat.
Being weird is normal, everyone has little things that they do.
Most definitly
@@YouGottaShootEmInTheHead Just like in all other superhero shows I've seen.
kindof yes.
Heads up the Black dude with the lightning bolt shirt is Black Samson when he was on the Guardians of the Globe (before he lost his powers)
10:22 I can't breathe 🤣
Nolan didn’t 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒅 to care, he was pretending Not To in episode 8 and couldn’t follow through.
9:09-9:16 Had me cackling for five minutes bro. The way he predicted it and then the BK commercial audio played in the background 😭
9:08 to 9:16
Redhead shorty read your mind, bruh. 😂
10:17 to 10:35
That’s fucking *WILD!* Oh my gosh! I just realized that Atom Eve COULD change people’s races (if her eyes are glowing pink).
Dude, what in the hell? If she was a villain, she would’ve been a straight *MENACE.* Like Reverse Flash type shit.
13:14 to 13:23
The way Brandyworth responded to Eve was pretty funny. So straightforward and nonchalant. 😂
25:37 to 25:40
Yep, that’s how I felt after watching the episode last year. It was awesome!
11:55 to 12:05
I know, right? “Deceptacon” by Le Tigre is *FIRE!* ⚛️👩🏻🦰
Thanks for reacting to this episode and uploading it. Tonight’s the first year anniversary night that I first watched the Atom Eve special and I decided to watch your reaction to celebrate. I made a good memory back then and I think I just made a good memory watching this too.
I been waiting for y’all to react to this you guys are the most real and best reactors when it comes to this stuff❤
The entire final action sequence was phenomenal
"you should go over and make her white" lmfao 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
23:57 THAT TITLE CARD GAG CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD, that was good! Had me cackling 😭
Damn we get more into Adam Eve with this special and see her powers more can't wait for season 2
Omni man is like Reiner, they both infiltrated the enemy but living with them created a feeling inside them that they didn't want to feel.
9:10 You love to see the Lupagan in action.
“U should go make her white” I SCREAMED 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The Dork edit absolutely killed me 😂 give the editor a RAISE
i made the mistake of eating during that, dawg i spat out laughing
They set the bar too damn high in the atom eve special. The animation and fight choreography in every other episode doesn't even come close to how good this was.
The cop scene was straight out of Avengers when Loki and the Cree attacked NY
10:16 Yeah Roshi you say superpowers are cool until your 1000ft in the air Holden on to Lupa for dear life 😂😂
If I was a villain and got packed up by a 12 year old hero like kill claw or the others. Then it’s time to give up, and it’s not cause it’s embarrassing. It’s cause if their able to clap me as a child, I don’t want the smoke when they get older.
He looks like he DOES care about them. He said he didn't, as a way to not only convince them, but convince himself, but he does actually care.
10:21 Bro LMAO
hands she got indeed. I feel like she wasn't giving the business like this in season 1 but we'll see
0:36 You can just tell Lupa been waiting a LONG time to do that again 🤣
Atom Eve is def OP but its def some challenges on the way for S2
10:23
Bro I’m done 🤣🤣
Her dad and her mom really make no sense like why would you be mad your kid is a genius when it comes to science, other than that she just seems like a regular kid so it’s weird that they’re acting like she’s so strange when she’s really not
Thats what we call bad writing. Haters for the sake of being hater.
they explained that eve was showing these behaviours before she was able to even write or read, which is strange and adam in particular doesn't do well with anyone not fitting his idea of what should be. he has prejudice against superheroes as elaborated in the second season. the only reason he stopped trying to strongarm away her behaviour was when he found out other people were noticing.
Lupa was wildin. Lmfaooooo loved this one
Atom Eve needs to have more fight glow ups moving forwards now 🤣
You hear someone start saying "I see all now", you're DONE.
I completely forgot lupa was a guardian too, beautiful how much the d2 community loved him.
Atom Eve is trully the Scarlet Witch from the Invincible Universe and those moves👌🏽💥
She was 12 and all this tragedy happened to her. Meanwhile Marc just beeing the Tape Man🫠🤣
Omni Man have feelings he's not allowed to have.
Ever since the special dropped ive BEEN WAITING ON THISSS!!! W reaction!
as someone whos grown up around white people, hung out with white people, i have never heard of a cream cheese and olive sandwich. that sounds disgusting.
I gained so much more respect for Eve after this, she is a badass character
18:36 There was actually a video game about her announced called "Invincible presents: Atom Eve".
You thought Omni-Man would be Mark Grayson's most devastating enemy? No. You're all gonna see what a *_true arch enemy_* looks like this coming season
Omni-Man is definitely conflicted. His battle against Mark wasn't about trying to convince Mark that he is right, but instead he was trying to convince himself. All the flashbacks and the scene at the end of this show that he actually does care, but he knows he isn't supposed to.
Eve could really turn oil into water if she wanted to
Damn that’s crazy she could solvenworld hunger too
@@OPIUMCrody She made an attempt
eve's parents need an award for nearly making their godlike daughter a supervillain who despises normals with their shitty parenting.😑
Y’all asked who was that then talked right over when they said his name lol 😂. That was black Samson from season one. Oh I’m pretty sure that’s Lance Reddick the entire time.
I really think you guys would love the show Transformers Prime. It has a great through line and character development and really does the Transformers justice.
Oh yeah, do that
First video I've watched here was Invincible season 1, cant wait to see your reaction to season 2 its gonna be crazy🔥
2:00 You guys really forgot about Black Samson huh.
I seriously cant wait for Invincible and absolutely loved this Atom Eve origin story
I hope this series goes all the way.
