I loved the idea of externalising those thoughts to a "lower self" that tries to conserve energy. I'll go to bed later than I should because of this video, but it was worth it. Thanks, Sam.
This isn't very pleasant. It pricks my head. What if I need to 'find the right action' that would help me achieve my goal? Without taking the time to work on the 'reason' for being stuck could result in 'wrong actions'/
I hear you. The problem is that for a lot of people, the reason they’re stuck is because they spend too long thinking about what the right and wrong actions are, when they would be better served by doing something (assuming it’s not extremely risky) and figuring things out while in motion
@ if I’ve been applying to jobs, networking, and there’s not been much success - hence stuck. Wouldn’t it be advisable to pause and sit with yourself to identify what am I doing wrong? This video underscores the quote - foolish to think, doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results. I’m trying to to learn.

Glad to come across this video. I could relate to the idea of being stuck is comfortable enough, and making excuses is far easier than taking action.

Glad to hear it resonated. Thanks for watching man!
Yep, I also took the agency pill even though it isn't easy to swallow sometimes!
I have never heard the word/phrase 'theorycrafting' before and today I've heard it twice. Weird.
