    I have same emax, now have 60 hours on it, we really love it, has helped so much around our property. I use it for cutting firewood, moving dirt around our pond that gets washed out, gardening and most important, long drives in nature with my little dog who loves riding. I have combat PTSD and can't find joy in anything really but the tractor actually helps uplift mood and take mind off things for while. I hope you enjoy

      Glad it is working out for ya! They are a tad expensive, but man do they pay themselves off quickly with saved time, energy, and not having to hire labor. These things really are work horses but also a good hobby to have at the same time. Glad it helps uplift the mood for you sir. I feel like whenever I am working with it or doing some sort of manual labor that I can kind of lose myself in the work...which is a good thing haha. Have a great day and thanks for watching! - Shane

    I know I’m late but I’d like to give some safety advice. If you use the loader without anything attached to the rear be careful if you are in 2wd especially when not on level ground. You only have rear breaks. If you have a heavy enough load the rear of the tractor could become light cause it to lose grip resulting in a loss of breaks. If the tractor is in 4wd that will allow the front tires to havre breaking force.

    get a ballast box as you need weight on the back of these

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  2 роки тому +1

      Agreed. Was thinking about getting one of those or just putting some weights along the box blade itself (if they fit properly).

    new sub.
    wife and just dropped of cheque for our Emax 20s with front loader and forks. Can't wait, finally will have the tools to do things a bit more easily .
    dealer just have to do inspection then deliver it next few days.

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks for the sub! You are going to love it. What forks you end up going with? We are debating on getting some ourselves. Managed to take a wood stove off our truck the other day with the bucket, but it would have been much easier with forks haha.

      @@DnSAdventures the paper work state 900Lb pallet forks. sn.21LA22912 sorry no part number
      I have been working my self way too hard last few years on the property , this will surely make things more easier and enjoyable. I'll be doing a vid on mine when it arrives
      We also have preordered the front mount snowblower as here in Ontario Canada we get close to 4 feet or more of snow. What other add ons do you have or plan to get for it.

      @@tazzharm sounds like a good purchase! Will keep an eye out for that video. Oh man, if we had more snow here I'd be right there with you. Besides forks, probably either a midmount mower or finish mower at some point. I really tear up the yard with the bush hog currently lol. All in good time.

      @@DnSAdventures small update...decided to go with rear snowblower as I forgot about some areas I won't beable to get blower in so I will need the bucket to scoop the drifts out....not sure if it's normal but dealer still has not given a delivery date. unit is on site and they still have not inspected it yet for release. Is that normal?
      bought my truck and was told three days till ready so not sure if this is busy season. waiting on ordering crushed gravel till tractor arrives... we have a john deere lawn tractor for the grass. maybe look into that option as you can get a rear bagger to keep things clean around the house so your not bringing in grass clippings.
      looking forward to more tractor vids.
      Glenn.

      @@tazzharm My dad got a RK tractor and has been waiting months to get a box blade for it. I think supply chain issues seem to be struggling in all industries these days. Hope you can get it sooner rather than later! Yea, so far I've just done a combo of using the rotary cutter and pushing a string trimmer to "mow" the grass haha. May just end up buying a separate mower to mow since the mid-mount is about just as expensive for the Mahindra.

      @@DnSAdventures do you wish it was wider? I have to build one eventually and want to make sure I have enough room to remove the mower deck and loader as needed.

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  7 місяців тому +1

      @@golfergears Probably needs to be a bit wider if you want some room to take the mower deck on and off. I might be able to do it inside the barn, but I have stuff stacked along the sides so I just do that outside. The protective cover on the mower deck makes it hard to get in and out of the barn, but I just tied some paracord to it to lift up the rubber cover as I am driving the tractor into the barn. Would be easier to have a wider entrance and that loft definitely takes away clearance as well. - Shane

    Nice tractor. How long is the tractor with the front loader?

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  2 роки тому +1

      Sorry for the delay, I'll try to get that measured today. Can't seem to remember. You trying to fit it in a barn or something? One thing I didn't originally account for was how long the ROPs would be when folded down for storage. - Shane

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  2 роки тому +1

      So the tractor is about 12ft long from the front end loader back to the 3 point hitch. If the ROPs is folded down, that is an addition of another 2 feet in length.

    Good evening Sir, you love your little red work Horse Mahindra tractor and THE BEST THERAPY EVER 👌👍 I bough mine in 2018 and 420 hrs now ( I will soon have a 3 yrs review on that Marvel ) 👍😉 I have 100 hrs on the backhoe and about the same for the rear snowblower 👌👍 You will love it for sure mon ami 👌😉 Cheers 👌😉🍻

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  3 роки тому +1

      Wow 420 hours! Glad it is still going strong! At some point we may end up getting a backhoe as well, one of the main reasons we wanted this tractor was the ability to upgrade things like that in the future if needed. :) I watched a lot of your videos actually prior to purchasing this tractor, so I really do appreciate all the insight and help you gave me! Thanks for stopping on by! - Shane

      @@DnSAdventures Thank you kindly Sir for you nice words ! Make sure that you do read you tractor manuel often and use Mahindra products 👌👍😉 The best advice is get the chance for the engine to warm up in accordance with the book said in the temperature rang that you have and use top quality diesel fuel and engine oil ( synthetic ! ) I use T6 Rotella diesel engine synthetic oil is the best 👍😉 Look under the black rubber carpet for corrosion, now the dealer as been informe to send the steel plate to get truck bed liner painted, I have a video that I did myself Cheers 😉👍🍻

    Can you do a close up video of folding the Rhopes bar I can’t get mine to fold.

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  3 роки тому

      These bars are very stubborn to fold. I ended up putting some grease in there to help me out because it is a very tight fit between the metal frame and the bars themselves. Not to mention the pins that hold the bars up are an extremely tight fit as well. Probably better to be tight than loose, but does make it a pain for those of us that need to lower/raise the bars every time we take it in or out of our storage buildings.
      After taking the pins out I just stand behind the tractor and put a hand on each bar. Then give the bars a good pull. The higher up you pull down the better to give you a bit more leverage. After getting them down, I'd slap a little grease where the metal on metal contact occurs to make it easier next time. Hope this helps - Shane

    1. Leaks? shoudn't be leaks on a new tractor. 2. ATV's are fun. I was originally skeptical, but have been converted. 3. Box blade - good to have. 4. Nice video! Enjoy the tractor :)

    • @DnSAdventures
      @DnSAdventures  3 роки тому

      From the research I've done, and keep in mind I am still a tractor newbie, hydraulic fluid could leak whenever you detach the frontend loader. Also heard that coolant can also naturally overflow a little bit from tractors as well. Whether or not those will occur on my tractor I'm not sure to be honest, just rather be more prepared than not. Nice!! Maybe an ATV some day in the distant future for us haha. Thanks so much Donna! Hope you are having a great day! - Shane

    Im thinking of going to habor freight to get the quick 3 point hicth its only around 100.
    Just now taking my backhoe attachment off, so now im trying to figure out how to hook up the swinging stabilizing bars and turn buckles.
    So far it looks like i have to take one of the back tires off 😫. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks and thank you for the videos

      From what I hear, the Speeco quick hitch is one of the nicer ones because you don't need to add the bushings to your implements.
      That sounds like quite the challenge! I don't know much about that unfortunately because we didn't get the backhoe for the tractor. May end up getting one at some point in the future.
      RCAFpolarexpress has a UA-cam channel with the same tractor with a backhoe. Maybe he has done something similar? - Shane
