If you shut the light behind, the autofocus setting in your camera wouldn’t trouble you. You better put that light on the floor behind your chair. It will improve the lighting and give a depth.

Hi Parul, I noticed one thing in the video that the autofocus was continuously shifting and not staying on your face. I would suggest you use a camera with eye detection autofocus for video.

1. For groceries in Canada, making roti sabji is cheap or Daal rice is cheap ? Bcoz daal rice is more easy and time saving food.
2. Also my friends are saying that they only eat food once a day as they don't have time. They make food in night and eat the remaining's on next day at afternoon. And for breakfast or lunch, they eat whatever snacks they get. Is this true ? How to survive on such less food
I have Meal Replacement shake for breakfast and supper usually and eat heavy, home cooked Indian food for lunch. Meal Replacement shakes have more nutrients than regular food and it takes me 2 minutes to make them.
