I agree with Katrina the Viking church is a little dark which makes it a little creepy. You have to sign off to do the bitters tasting, that should tell ya something. Of course they tell you about the belch after you participate. That is a lot for a pie. Hey, hanging sausage is good plus it’s a great joke. 😂😂. Love AJs. So good. It’s where Bill discovered Ligonberry. The goats weren’t on the roof in the fall. We did love Peninsula State Park, but didn’t get to do a fish boil.
I was told it tasted like cough syrup. Yuk! Al Johnsons is definitely a one of a kind place and well worth the wait for those ligonberries. Soooo good! I'm sure you'll hit a fish boil on your next trip to Door County. Take care
It just so happens that scented candles, honey, and hanging sausage are always here at Stoney Acres also. Next year you are welcome to a candle and some honey. :)

The hike was great except for the mosquitos! Next time I hike in any area with water I'm spaying myself down before I go. All in all it was a great area and we really enjoyed the time spent you guys.😊

The apple pie for $20 hit close to home. Monday morning we went to a peach orchard and they had fresh peach pie for.....yup $20. Rumor is... if you get to this orchard closer to noon....all the pies(they sell over a 100 per day) are sold out. I love pie but...I'll buy a frozen one for $6 and be $14 happier. Enjoyed the video...travel safe.

I'm sure they stole the culture and everything and morphed their own stuff into it. Did Katrina not do the better shot? Katrina is always thinking about the budget which is good. No, I had no interest in doing the shots. I rarely do shot's and had no interest in doing one that tasted like cough medicine.😝 The budget is getting harder and harder. The boil was interesting to watch and the fish was delicious. We both really enjoyed it. Stay safe and have fun in Montana!

The majority of door county was made up of Scandinavian immigrants, so the majority of what you see is authentic, not “stolen and morphed” at all. That is what makes everything so unique.

Are you coming to the Oregon area?
Not this year but it's on our list. Headed to Utah, Colorado and then slowly making our way back to Florida for the winter.
