The honeymoon story sounds like a classic Leshi encounter. These shape shifting forest creatures claim cabins in the woods as their own and terrorize any human who trespasses on their territory. If the couple did encounter a Leshi, then they were lucky they weren't eaten
That last story sounds like he describes a thought to be extinct _Running Bear_ or _Short-faced Bear_ as do alot of other stories where people are confusing it with a squatch. Maybe they aren't completely extinct. They were thought to have died out during the end of the last ice age. They were able to stand up and walk around on their hind legs and were frighteningly tall, about 12 ft tall when they did so. Their faces are different than a normal bear. It kinda looks like a _teddy bear._ It's quite possible that there are a few left out in the wilderness that managed to survive undetected.

I went to the smokey mountains in my early twenties and came across a haunted cabin. I felt off and weird in there like we weren't supposed to be there or just like that awkward strange feeling you get when your in a home full of people you don't know.. so I decided to snap some photos and caught several full bodied apparitions. The first was a lady gliding in a white fog. It showed her following my friend through the home and the second photo I took of her she was staring at me with a who the f are you look. The second ghost was a soldier from the Civil War. He was in the attic or loft. I walked up the tight stairs and got to the top and looked out over the loft.. I did not feel welcome at all. I had a pressure on me that said f off so I snapped a pic and right in front of me was the pissed off soldier. He was standing in front of me looking down with an accusing threatening look. I noped out but before I left I apologize to the occupants profusely for intruding into their home. After that I walked into some of the out buildings and took photos there as well, caught some strange white faces and the barn was too damn scary, it felt awful to enter so we left. I still have those awesome photos but I have to figure out how to get them off the broken laptop my sister dropped.
Ah perfect. Now that I've done half of my bio homework I've been procrastinating on all week I can finally sit back at watch a terrifying video to keep me awake all night and make me so tired I won't focus in school tomorrow which will add more to my homework pile. Sounds like a good plan to me 👌

The mood lighting near the jacuzzi may have been the departed wanting to do something nice for the newlywed. The rest I don’t really have a clue. Maybe it was a spirit that resides near the camping area and was awoken when the two came to stay. The other ominous things happening before the wedding might have been a living spirit. Something quite commonly known in Japan where I’m from are living spirits where people who are still alive subconscious sends out evil energy that manifest in spiritual activity. Not having a traditional wedding could have upset the family members and thus tries to prevent the wedding.
They're the oldest mountains in the world and started to be formed with the SE coast of what is now the US, broke off from the continent that became Africa.
hey dark that I you thank you thank you for posting this today, my parents made me rearrange my room in preparation for putting in the ac and let's just say it's an oven in here atleast I get to here some bombass stories while moving around furniture
I have been dying to tell somebody this story but didn’t know where to put it. Last summer my family and I stayed in a cabin in pigeon forge. It was pretty isolated and by itself and gave me the creeps as soon as we got there. From the moment I walked in the door the whole place had dark dark energy as if something horrible had happened there. At a certain point I made my mom go everywhere with me in the cabin because I was too scared to walk around there alone. It had horrible vibes. We would find wet footprints by the hot tub when nobody had gotten in or out of it, we heard people walking around in the cabin at night while we slept, and we heard disturbing noises in the woods all around the cabin as well. Everybody in my family were fighting and in bad moods. It got so bad we were all ready to leave immediately. Since it costed so much, we wanted to at least try to stay and get some kind of enjoyment out of it but I will never forget the feelings the place brought. Pure terror and horror. I firmly believe some sort of rituals were going on around the woods of that cabin. The place had a demonic energy to it. The day we left, it felt like so much negativity and dread lifted from us
So he accidentally committed suicide (first time I've heard that) and the response is "you owe me"?? Why would he owe her anything, hell HE'S the dead one...
Her entire story makes her sound like an egomaniac in my opinion. "It was my wedding and you died? You owe me! And you'd better literally drag all of our dead ancestors to the ceremony to make up for your crippling depression and tragedy!"
The deshelved man got in a white car at Rowan’s Creek? First time I’ve heard that part. Which is an amazing feat in itself. Rowan’s Creek is 4 or 5 miles from nearest parking lot. Down one of the cutoff trails to the Appalachian Trail. It is the closest way to get to Spence Field. That’s a damn hike.
I would love to listen to this, but after the 4th or 5th time of it repeating parts I gave up. I'm from the smokey mountains, and there are things here you don't want to encounter.
Hey darkness i enjoy the scary creepy stories want to hear more i enjoy listening to these stories before i go to bed 😎 let see what goes bump in the night ....... 😳

You didn't wake from the banging???? Did you press charges? Sounds like a 5th grade fictional writing contest.
Wow what a terrifying story. Her husband had the Old Hag syndrome happening to him. My thought to was Bigfoot under the house. Could be possible dogman. The second story sounds like one of those missing 411 stories covered by David Paulides.

Hey Darkness, good morning from Sydney Australia.
Great story!!
Thanks for uploading early today. I just started relaxing ,after this long day.
I would've left that 1st day, but then again my Spidey senses would have alerted me as I drove up to that cabin.
😲Never, invite ghosts or Spirits in.
Sounds like a good plan to me 👌
I doubt the first story. No one could be that stupid to stay, that long.
Eli, are these the "vitamins" you got me to take at night? (side effects may include- goosebumps, intense dreams, hallucinations, smelly skin, paranoia, delusional thoughts, deep sleep) Eli responds "I'm looking for the roofies, I mean the roofers are coming in the a.m."
The first story I almost couldn't make it through... she was so selfish about her brother's accident. I wish I never heard the story she is an odd ball as well. Her poor husband
Can you do one with wild men and canibals?
Thank you for all your great content Darkness!
Love your vids my man
The mood lighting near the jacuzzi may have been the departed wanting to do something nice for the newlywed.
I live in the Smokies, respect for them they are beautiful but very strange!! They are no joke!!
They're the oldest mountains in the world and started to be formed with the SE coast of what is now the US, broke off from the continent that became Africa.
@@paularmstrong8458 interesting information!
I love this one.
Skip to 31:37- I can't get that time back but I can save others
hey dark that I you thank you thank you for posting this today, my parents made me rearrange my room in preparation for putting in the ac and let's just say it's an oven in here atleast I get to here some bombass stories while moving around furniture
The day we left, it felt like so much negativity and dread lifted from us
I've heard the Dennis Martin story before but it was told by his brother I think
Story #3: Have you ever heard of Bigfoot?
The deshelved man got in a white car at Rowan’s Creek? First time I’ve heard that part. Which is an amazing feat in itself. Rowan’s Creek is 4 or 5 miles from nearest parking lot. Down one of the cutoff trails to the Appalachian Trail. It is the closest way to get to Spence Field. That’s a damn hike.
I enjoy all your videos but this one is one of your best. Take care enjoy the summer, and blessings to u and your nice family.
My backyard 👍
I’m in Colorado right now :P
I would love to listen to this, but after the 4th or 5th time of it repeating parts I gave up.
I'm from the smokey mountains, and there are things here you don't want to encounter.
Darkness you are awesome.
Keeping me creeped out at work 😱
Story no. 1 would make an amazing movie, or at least an episode on any one of the plethora of paranormal shows on TV. Very creepy.
I love hearing creepy stories that happened a few miles from my house
Hey darkness i enjoy the scary creepy stories want to hear more i enjoy listening to these stories before i go to bed 😎 let see what goes bump in the night ....... 😳
This is very good so far.
Geez, the couple in the cabin were so dense. Normies with a fatal flaw. I would have left after the 2nd night. Could be made up?
Totally made my day
Story one- Geez I can't figure out why it took so long for someone to marry you. Thanks for the rules of listening, you did not name the honeymoon spot but proceeded to practically give GPS cords... You didn't wake from the banging???? Did you press charges? Sounds like a 5th grade fictional writing contest.
I know one of them. It’s me sitting on a stump on Mt. Pisgah trying to catch my breath
North Carolina my man I come out there alot
Wow what a terrifying story. Her husband had the Old Hag syndrome happening to him. My thought to was Bigfoot under the house. Could be possible dogman. The second story sounds like one of those missing 411 stories covered by David Paulides.
I love the first story. Real creepy.💀👻
Yes! The Smokey Mountains This Is Gonna Be Great!
6:10 I GET THIS STORY SM MORE THEY R IN NEW ORLREANS I ❤️ ❤️
I’m sorry but, “we experienced so many creepy events...let’s stay another night!” Wtf...
*That cfd reature was the yoomack pyeleon darnackaloaf.*
That was insane. I assumed that was probably a wendigo or sasquatch judging from its size and strength.
I live like 3 hours away thanks dude 🥲
Huh, I’ve lived in the smoky mountains my entire life, never experienced anything like this! 50 years! Less than a mile from the national park, 10 minutes from pigeon forge, and Gatlinburg! Not saying it is false, but never experienced anything like that
I love the Smoky Mountains, but that first story really kills the mood.
As yes just what I was hoping for
Story just sounds like something demonic tbh. And that thing about hearing people calling for their missing friend I just instantly think 411.
