Loved the S2000 series! Great content and useful info for everyone :) What brake pads did you run on it? I'm thinking of putting PBS pads on mine soon (got a day booked at snetterton) but slightly worried about wear
Thanks Sam! These vids remind me of some proper good days now pre covid! Yeah I ran PBS pads... nice mix of performance and longevity for the cost imho! Keep an eye on the rears though! They do wear much faster than the fronts! Enjoy Snett!!
I'm getting an AP2 S2000 soon, coming from an E46 M3(SMG). What are your thoughts comparing the two? Also, I'm from America but have been playing Oulton Park in Project Cars 2 and its a great track!
Hi Paul! Thabks for watching! I love an M car. They are seriously capable and perfect race cars... reason being is how confidence inspiring they are imho. Being a saloon makes them much more docile and forgiving at/on the limit in comparison with these twitchy, alive and sharp s2000s. Pros and cons to that though haha! I just prefer sports/roadster/coupes for that more alert feel! We are so lucky here to be surrounded by stunning race tracks!

Gonna miss watching the S2K videos. I want to own it, every thing you have done is exactly how I would. Down to the HKS charger that never happened unfortunately. On the other hand I cannot wait for the racing videos! Bring it on!
Really would love to keep it but I just can’t at the moment with everything else going on. Will miss how refined and nice the car was considering the pace it had too! Thanks dude, will keep all updated in vids from buying all new in date suff, along with licensing and then the test days in both cars before then the race weekends! Going to be scary fun haha! Feel so humbled that dudes trust me to race their cars!!
@@CIRCUITDRIVERCARS hmmm hard to think of a tin top that isn't going to be crazy money you have things like civic tyre cup etc but assuming you would prefer rwd. The ginetta get pricey
@@Ahogg1992 Had a very similar convo here yesterday bud. If you want to go racing in FWD hatches you have some great cost effective options! When it comes to RWD stuff that isn't either an mx5 or mr2 it starts getting a bit silly cost wise! Will have to see what happens! I like the idea of a roadsports or more open class with many different cars tbh. The idea of a one make series doesn't interest me as much.
@@CIRCUITDRIVERCARS yeah 2zz would be good also. Just the lack of mods its annoying. I'm already wanting more power but want to stay NA, nothing available really as no one can crack the Toyota ECU.
@@MRS-2ZZ Totally see your point! Does seem to be a ceiling to the power you can justify running a 2zz. Does seem to be limited. Problem is the k20 swaps are a lot more expensive :(. Would be great though! I think BlackCat Motorsport are looking at kits relatively soon.
