  • As a business owner, what is the most stressful thought you have? What keeps you up at night? Is it a fear of failing? The anxiety of the future? Worries about hiring, or firing?
Every business owner will inevitably face daunting challenges that he or she must overcome. That’s just the nature of the beast.
But the stressful thoughts - the worries that we conjure in our minds about the unknown - these are not only impacting your emotional state, they’re hindering your path forward. And it’s up to you to make the decision to take back control of your thoughts, adopt a stronger, more focused mindset, and step into the role you were meant for.
In this episode of the Real Breakthrough Series, we’re taking you back to Business Mastery, where Tony is working with business owners who have given in to their negative beliefs, allowing these thoughts to hinder their path to growth.
Tony helps them understand that the challenge they must overcome is their own psychology. He shows them that these thoughts are ultimately just machinations of their greatest fears - and that they only have power if you believe them. But - if you are ready to step out of these limiting beliefs, then you must adopt the steadfast mindset and unshakeable state of a true leader. So that any negative thought that arises is immediately dismissed. And any challenge that comes your way is seen as an opportunity to grow.

Obviously Tony Robbins is the number 1 and most famous coach in the world and I wish I could claim to know of someone better, but I dont. He's AmazIng and by far my favourite. I do like Joe Rogan, Jason Fung and David Sinclair for slightly different reasons.
Much love to everyone watching this x

Tony is the MAAAAANNNN! I’ve taken all of his advice, jumped out of my comfort zone and now I’m on target to making a freedom lifestyle business for myself. I’ve even created a UA-cam Channel to follow my progress! Keep up the hard work everyone :)

I really love Tony and what he does to inspire others. Another great video.
This channel has really inspired me that you can grow on UA-cam and showed me the way to help others.
So I started on the journey of building my Channel to grow my audience so I can take on the American Airlines Center and raise $1,000,000 for local charities in one night.
Taking disabled children to summer camp.
    $50 a ticket. $20,000 seats. Big challenge.
I’ll keep coming back when I need a boost as it’s hard work and I’ve a long way to go.
    Thank you. Thank you.

It's amazing to see how people with multi-million revenue earning businesses still have to face fears and insecurities about themselves. Tony's completely right in his response too, don't confuse your successes with your fears, and learn to understand that your belief about yourself and your limitations can have significant impacts in your life.

Great podcast, I think it really shows how identity and limiting beliefs drive too many choices and we end up being owners of our thinking when we need to be operators.

Went to see you in California and it was the best thing I ever did. Then went to a real estate course in Edmonton, and disappointed that it seems unless you pay for the extra course you don't get help. That was put on by Dean Graziosi. What a night and day experience. James @ Be doers of the word.

Yeah, when I quit smoking everyone kept asking how long has it been. I say well I become a nonsmoker on 10-8. Not sure how many days.

    • @caseygursslin6317
      @caseygursslin6317 5 років тому +1

@nick dolgikh yes, I had been preparing how I would I quit. My original date that I had planned to quit was going to be January 2019 on My Birthday.
Just so happened my Dad was in and out of the hospital several times for days.
      He has Copd and Emphysema.
I'm saying to myself I have to quit.
October 7th, 2018 I smoked my last Cigarette, I had been smoking for 26years. I enjoyed it. So if I can do it any one can.
I wrote the cigs a letter like I was breaking up with them. I had been studying on the subconscious and how it fights us when were wanting to make a change.
The 1st week It fought me hard. It was the hardest thing I had ever done.
Studied ways and reprogrammed my subconscious to be a nonsmoker! I had to do this for 30 days.

He teaches basic psychological principles about realizing your own thought processes. Newsflash: This is not new information and most therapists and psychologists make this their number 1 goal with patients. Good for him for taking your money for such basic Info, but it's more sad that so many people have to pay some celebrity to learn things they should have realized as a teenager.

It's a good talk but I can't agree with everything he says.
Removing the fear of hiring would kill a business because they would expand past what they are capable of sustaining, hiring and firing is costly because training isn't free, big turnout rates doesn't help the companies reputation.
So the fear is legitimate, and shouldn't just be dismissed.
    fear is a survival mechanism.
