Avene has a sunscreen for acne prone skin, it says Cleanance Spf50 on the bottle, it has zink and it matifies the skin well and I haven't broken out from it, you should try it :)
oh they have an offer on my local website to get avene b protect and then you get the cleanance spf50 for free! that comes quite cheap as the b protect is 12€ so will have to try these out!

Maybe you, personally, are sensitive to one of the ingredients in the pump with dry touch? it sounds like it could be that, and not that it is causing acne flare-up?

sometimes I see that products would add plant extract, and those plant extract would have its own natural fragrance, but these plant extract would not be labelled as fragrances, so sometimes I can still smell some citrusy scent even tho it's labelled as fragrance-free.
European sunscreens are very very good!!! I recommend SVR, Isispharma, Altruist, and Rilastil. Very good sunscreens!

I have no idea, there are too many ingredients in the product which I couldn't narrow down to what exactly it is. So maybe it's the dry touch :P
