Only thing that I can think of is the tower is too far. You can try restarting your iPhone, or even resetting the network settings. If you reset them though all Bluetooth, wifi etc will all have to be reconnected. If that fails call your carrier and see if they have a solution as it could be on their end.

You did all the work and you tested your network on another phone. Now, the iPhones network range could be less than the other phone which could be why it doesn’t show 5G. You would have to test it closer to 5G towers to figure that out. It could be that the iPhone is having issues and a full restore might be the next step. Or contact Apple and your carrier to see if they have any suggestions.
@@DHTV tested on a Samsung same sim same location worked fine.. only difference was just 1 bar…ik it’s not network/coverage…it’s definitely the phone itself..I’ve opened a case with sole support, let’s see how it goes.
Hey there. I have kind of an strange problem with my 5 g on my IPhone 13. Carrier is Rakuten Mobile in Japan. All 5g is on and it’s showed on the top right. But as soon, as any data is loaded, it switches back to 4G. Even in the always 5g on mode. I’m kind of confused. Maybe someone has an idea, what’s up with my network. Thank you in advantage 😁

Go to settings, general then tap about. If a prompt appears to update your carrier settings do that, restart the iPhone and check to see if the setting appears.
@@DHTV nope, did not prompt an update. Going to apple today since found another article stating the same problem and Apple put a clean image of the os on the phone and fixed the problem. Crossing my fingers that this fixes it
@@km07mobilelegends10 ended up being my provider’s fault, they put 2 different good SIM cards in my phone at the Apple Store and both of them offered 5g service.
Contact your carrier. As mentioned in the video, they may have to do something or it could be your carrier doesn’t support 5G. Could also be you aren’t close enough to a 5G tower
@@DHTV I finally got it. It was at a different location. Settings > Cellular and in the section on SIMs the two sims were showing. I had to select the sim with 5G enabled carrier. Inside that there is a Voice and Data option. There 5g on is available.
I would need more information. If it's 5G not working, as I mentioned in the video, you may be too far from a 5G tower or your service provider isn't setup for 5G yet on your device. Best bet is to call your carrier and see if they have a fix.

No, 5G is only for the iPhone 12 and newer models.
