A vintage well-made wingchair could last your lifetime. I'm 60 and have a wingchair that was old when I got it 35 years ago. It has been through 5 different homes we had, two teenage boys and one husband, three dogs and four cats over those years. We had it re-upholstered several times,and the last time I had them replace the foam in the cushion. The chair still looks brand new-and sits like a new chair. Good furniture will last! I am hoping you snagged that mint green wingchair.

Loved the green chair!! The brass sconces were my favorite. The cloche is actually a cheeseball tray with glass cover. My mom had on for ever ago. I was born in 1971 and we had it for every holiday growing up with a cheeseball in it!
I use mine as a covered butter dish on the counter

I suggest you paint your little box the color of the chair at the Goodwill. You already like it and it would go really well with your kitchen.
I see that green chair and it would go good in the living room aling woth some of the vases I see. I see a lot of things that I can use to help decorate my daughter's place and mines.

I’m on vacation in Northern California and they have categories priced and it’s outrageous!! All dresses, 9.99, baskets 🧺 even small tiny ones or Easter baskets, $5 🤔 not happening!! Everything is so expensive 🤔👎🏼 anyway, great trip and great stuff you got ❤

I would have grabbed that pumpkin basket in a heartbeat. I have a smaller one that I have used for more than 20 years and I absolutely love it.
I would have gotten the glass candlesticks that you said were very light. They looked Venetian, and I thought they were beautiful. I also would’ve grabbed that green chair.
I Love the Mail organizer, But I Would Never paint it, it’s Beautiful the dark wood, but that’s just me, I love dark wood, not white ,

Don't paint the box. I like the scene on it. I would only paint the inside and the handle a color that matches the scene to lighten it up

For the mailholder some paint colors could be like a dusty blue, dusty rose, sage green, or even a pretty soft lavender!
I can’t believe it... I just found a silver chafing tray without the insert like the one you made a shelf decor from! My son is going to cut some wood for me and I am going to make one! Thanks for the inspiration!

I have those brass candle holders, but they have glass globes on them. people have been transforming the light fixture you looked at for 8.99 into bells and Christmas ornaments

Those “candy dishes” came from Walmart for just over a dollar! The “cloche” is a cheese board and dome from the 1970’s
My favorite was the cheese plater with the bell cover .

I have that same painted sled you looked at…darn was hoping was an original little painted picture on it. I don’t have to feel bad now if I cover it with a cross stitch piece!
Everyone has their likes but I love color I think just leave the caddy as is!😊

You have tons of stuff compared to the salvation army in my town..goodwill closed with Covid never reopened..I'm using local community thrift shops...Hudson Valley Upstate 2hrs from NYC I don't know why except nys 8% tax lol 😂 on free stuff given...

Our GW way over prices the home decor but will way underprice furniture. They'll want $10 for a basket and $5 for side table, Makes no sense.
You might want to inquire about that with a manager. Goodwill's #1 mission is to provide employment, especially for those who might otherwise struggle to find employment elsewhere (single moms with no work experience, disabilities, homeless, ex con, etc.). That might account for some of the discrepancies in prices. At least you might get an answer anyway.
