I went Thrifting at Goodwill to find vintage home decor items to resell for profit on Etsy, eBay and also found a few keepers for myself. I'm a collector of 1970s to 90s tabloids and memorbilia. I also collect frogs,turtles, squirrels, bunnies,and pandas so seeing the frogs made me happy
I like collecting the cute animal stuff too :)

It's so nice to be thrifting again, isn't it?! I'm in Vermont and went thrifting for the first time two weeks ago. I liked the two little milk glass serving pieces you picked up. There were also some really pretty peach lusterware mugs at the beginning of the video. Happy thrifting! So glad we can get out there again. (Too bad the Pyrex was so expensive!)
Yes! It was such a long time to wait. Major withdrawals lol. I love Vermont! I had a nice long weekend there once and would love to get back there! Burlington, Montpelier and Woodstock were so fun!

I liked a green bottle with a stopper lid that you picked up...and then at 4.5 minutes in there was the same bottle only it was brown!

Salvation Army store has some great deals.
Heck I would have gone for the bowl. It was beautiful with the fruits?, and stuff on it It was kind of beveled too.
I was in San Diego goodwill this year and I couldn’t believe how overly priced the items over there compared here in Canada 🇨🇦. It’s more fun thrifting here.

Agree with you. This stuff is donated and they price it as if it were boutique chic. It's ridiculous.
Come to Canada 🇨🇦. I was at goodwill in San Diego this year and i couldn’t believe how expensive it is in the US.
I'm in TN.but all my friends say the same they use a woman who takes care of veterans and elderly. It's not priced for the low income to shop and have nice things. Getting higher and higher. Not sure of ladies name but her good deeds are noticed in our small community

That’s a vintage mixing bowl for a mixer that look like pirex
The large glass prism is a reproduction of a ships deck prism. They were inlaid into decks and directed light into the lower decks. A steal at 3$.
It was super heavy. I did consider it.

Thanks Elizabeth! It’s more challenging than one would think haha! I’ve gotten use to it now, but it’s still tricky at times, especially with heavier items or when I want turn things a certain way.

Goodwill has went up on the price.I have found some great stuff at goodwill.That yellow bowl was old it's worth $65.00 You should have got that.

Yeah I agree. You couldn't give these things away in the past.
Their listers do research now. It sucks because a lot more vintage and antique pieces will be crushed because they are too high
I really don't understand why they price beaten to crap pyrex so high. One can get that one bowl for less than $20 online plus shipping.

The modernist black & white vase, I would've grabbed and the sort of art deco small bowl with lines towards the beginning. The bamboo planter (or was it an ashtray??) was cool too! Great video!

Keeby's Collectables At my church sale last Fall, we had a beautiful Blenko blue water pitcher that we priced at $25. Someone stole it! They put it with other things in a bag and snuck out without paying for anything. Didn’t get caught in time, sadly. We will remember that Blenko piece. Our line now is “Remember the Blenko” as a warning to watch the customers carefully.
Hi Nichole, went to Goodwill today, almost no one was going with the arrows, Savers was even worse, there was no 6 feet apart, it was claustrophobic and I was glad to get out of there. Did score some awesome craft florals. Thanks for the video, loved the reindeer mug.

I don't know where you're shopping at but I think it's pretty expensive $25 for that one thing that you picked up here where we live at the Rio grande valley in Texas we don't get very high prices like I seen there wow

The milk glass piece with the silver handle would have had a creamer and sugar bowl with it. I have one just like it.
It was the same size as that other little dish so I was confused lol. The other dish looked like it would have had a lid originally. Thanks for the Info!

One was chipped. They must be in tomorrow’s video when I looked at them. I did get one set of 2. 🤗
The yellow mixing bowl you picked up was cute. I would have put a plant pot in it, for a few bucks you can get the sunny Pyrex color without the name brand price tag, I do that with chipped clearance pieces. Black marks not on the Pyrex pattern are usually easy to remove with a little bar keepers friend.

Blue mountain pottery didn't do souvenir pieces (the shoe) so it's probably canuck pottery or another company
I paid 2 bucks for a nice blenko vase. Its been sitting for months. Wont be buying it again. Looks like ebay is flooded with blenko

Your Goodwill has crazy prices. Ours doesn't mark items and the only thing higher than .99 in glass or dishware are baking dishes which are $1.99.
