What a tough time to buy a new house, though, with interest rates being so sky high. I really am excited for you, though!! I just have seen other people sell their houses, make a profit but then get a crazy high interest rate on their new home and end up with a much higher interest rate and payment. If you made $100k, though, that might not be the case with the payment. Congrats!!
It’s definitely a crazy time to sell and buy but luckily we locked a good interest rate before it got crazy 😊 Thank you!
