Nissan Pathfinder 2008 P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction

El sensor de posición del árbol de levas calcula la velocidad de rotación del árbol de levas y dónde se coloca el árbol de levas en esa rotación. El sensor del árbol de levas envía una señal al Módulo de control de potencia (PCM) para comunicar esta información. The camshaft position sensor calculates the rotational speed of the camshaft and where the camshaft is positioned in that rotation. The camshaft sensor sends a signal to the Power Control Module (PCM) to communicate this information. The PCM then uses the information collected by the camshaft position sensor to set the fuel injector timing and control the ignition spark.
