The way he is playing his harmonica almost sounds like Scottish Highlander bagpipes. Had me in tears with pride for our country and how hard fought was the battle to become America! ALL Americans should be very proud to live in a country with the freedoms that we are so blessed to enjoy. We now need to STOP the INSANITY that we find our country in today and learn to love one another as brothers and sisters, regardless our individual cultures. ❤🙏👑🙏❤
Just so you know, Daniel Vasconcelos, aka Dan Vasc, is a Brazilian national, living in Brazil. His channel, and he are both very very addictive... and apart from that stunning voice that gets every hair standing up, as well as the heart and the butterflies racing, he's not exactly hard on the ol' peepers, with the most gorgeous long dark hair and a bod that's a work in progress...🤤 yep, it's thirsty work checking out his channel...😋 😉😁😆🤣
@Lizzymoore54 - Thank you! Very, very grateful to God for our freedoms. Speech, Religion, Assembly, etc. Immigrants who want and choose to come here remind us of how good we have it. Let us be united in this blessed nation!
Dan Vasc gave Amazing Grace the respect it delivered building it up slowly throughout the song til the end with that beautiful & powerfully impact of emotion with his voice. His talent in this song is incredible. I felt the presence of God. Much love to Dan Vasc for sharing this with the world. 💕🎶✝️🎶💕
The best version i ever heard ❤️ it. I found this song shorrtly after my should have been wife lost her fight to cancer. I will never be the same without her. I have a new journey ahead and this song brings me peace
You didn’t mention the ‘thing’ that makes it so phenomenal is that you can feel him. The words are not just words. I get chills. He does do opera. There’s a cover of a Bocelli duet. Cannot think of the name of it. He did say his father is Italian.
Every time Dan takes it up a notch, everyone's eyes bug out in amazement! LOL! Tickles me! He has blown us away with his extensive range, skill and talent! I so enjoyed it!
I never heard of him until recently. His voice and singing is so powerful. I hope it gets the younger generations attention. I just watched his video Angel We Have Heard. It is beautiful.
Nice coverage of this cover by Dan, Britt. My Great Aunt had asked me if I had heard of him before, LOL I said no, She thinks it is the most beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace she has ever heard! She is 89 years old. So I looked him up. WOW! is all I can say.
Speaking of patriotic, as a Brazilian he is more patriotic about the USA than many natives. He apparently did do the Star Spangled Banner. He does collabs too. I hope you can feature his covers in the near future.
I was hoping you would react to this! His last note was held for 20 seconds… amazing. His covers of Burn Witcher Burn and I’ll Make a Man Out of You are fun. All of his covers are great
💖💕 Thank you for reacting to Dan Vasc. Reactions help get the song to more people. We need songs like this during this time. I liked and subscribed and commented :) Dan brought me here. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
this cover literally brought me to tears..after a long rough day this is exactly what i needed to feel a release of emotions .first time ever hearing this man sing ..great reaction Britt
Best rendition I've ever heard ... he held that last note for 23 seconds ..you don't have to block Dan, he doesn't copyright. There isn't anything he can't sing, from ballads to opera to metal .. check out O Holy Night, Nessun Dorma, Gethsemane
I just found this song and am just blown away. My granddaddy is looking down with such pride at this version of his favorite song. Brought me to tears.
This guy is incredible. And I loved that he did it in a classy, very respectful way. He didn't try to change it up so much to be different. It was incredibly well done. This guy should be a super star.
I had been asking reactors to react to #DanVasc since I first heard it days ago. So happy for you to be blessed by Dan! I could not wait for your eyes to get huge and your mouth to drop open!
Oh I really enjoyed your reaction! Dan is an awesome singer, I hope to see more of him on your channel, he doesn't just cover songs, he transforms them.
Just for the record the harmonica was a gift from his father that pass away some years ago, and he was a great fan from Elvis Presley, so Dan always have with him when he plays Elvis song's
Dan is amazing….he’s from Brazil…..the first time I heard this I was instantly covered in goosebumps and before the first verse was over I was in tears. Go to his channel and listen to him sing OPERA…..yeah, Puccini! He’s the best and has replaced Josh Groban for me…….he’s totally amazing…..He’s not “just” a metal singer……
Absolutely love this rendition of this song. I’ve watched it a hundred times. I know Dan was changed during this song. I’m a fan and am sure The Most High YaHuWaH is pleased 🙌🏻
That last part? That’s metal. Leave everything you have on the floor. And that song does seem to be the anthem of those in the Kingdom of God, doesn’t it? But did you notice how many octaves he slid through? 😳
Oh yes my dear Dan is the best metal singer on UTube..He is the best that is the BOSS himself!..giving praise to his God in spirit and truth..straight from his soul.. love all his songs/covers..❤
Wonderful reaction! Dan took us to church with this version of such a beautiful hymn. He definitely gave a new life to it and I have to say it's my favorite version. I'll never again hear this song as I used to. It's become my daily, first thing in the morning, song to start my day out with. His harmonica was a gift from his father at a very young age. Be sure to listen to An American Trilogy that he dedicated to his father when he passed away in 2017. It'll rip your heart out as he works his way through it. Dan has done The Star Spangled Banner and sung it as it should be sung! He brought the power to it that no one has ever been able to accomplish!
Ok.. as one who has previously heard/seen PTX (Pentatonix) version, AND who also loves Dan who is *Equally* gifted! I literally love both PTX and and DAN deserve the spotlight...there is no in between!
Dan started out Baritone, then went up an full octave to Tenor on the third verse. Yes he is classically trained. That’s why he can hold that last note so long. Phenomenal voice.
Wonderful review! Not sure if it has been mentioned, but, the story is the harmonica was his first instrument. It was a gift from his father when Dan was 7 years old.
Hi Britt, Dan sang this with a passion, His father passed in 2018 and it was his fathers favorite song son it means alot to Dan. Im sure his father felt this all the way from heaven, That is the best rendition of amazing grace I have ever heard.I was never into metal at all, But Dan has just became my favorite version of this song. This was my moms favorite song I had played at her funeral. I wish I had Dans rendition of it back then, My mom would have felt it from heaven also. God Bless Dan and his father, great reaction Britt.
You need to go listen to Dan singing the American Anthem, just part of it, I think...1:45 seconds?! Let me tell you: He blast that song out of the park!!!
Ive heard Dan Vasc before & i think hes a Scot, from what i can hear in his speaking voice but he is in an English rock band. I think hes amazing grace too! Peace 🇬🇧👧 PS i read he was classically trained & plays a few instruments too & pretty cute to boot!
Don't forget, we have to get Dan to a million subs before Gary at Nerdrotic. If Dan gets to a million first, Gary has to sing a Bon Jovi song. If Nerdrotic gets to a million subs first, Dan has to sing a song that Gary writes.
He really did a great job with Nessun Dorma. Rivaling Luciano Pavarotti in it. He has also done some metal versions of Phantom of the Opera songs, and covers of metal songs. His range is so great that he recorded himself 24 times singing Handel’s Messiah, including mezzo soprano, to make it sound like a full choir singing.
I have heard this song preformed a million ways to Sunday and this is by far the best way version I’ve ever heard
The way he is playing his harmonica almost sounds like Scottish Highlander bagpipes. Had me in tears with pride for our country and how hard fought was the battle to become America! Dan also does an amazing performance of the US National Anthem.
The last notes paired with an eagle scream are phenomenal.
Yeah it does. Now that you mentioned it I can hear the bagpipes now.
Dan Vasc gave Amazing Grace the respect it delivered building it up slowly throughout the song til the end with that beautiful & powerfully impact of emotion with his voice. Amazing Grace as a Victory March......Play it at my funeral.......Best version I ever heard........65 years old
This song gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. He is an amazing singer..
I purchased this song from I tunes and listen to it a bunch
What I notice also is his phenomenal breath control. That last phrase was all on one breath, that went full on and on.
You didn’t mention the ‘thing’ that makes it so phenomenal is that you can feel him. The words are not just words. I get chills.
He does do opera. There’s a cover of a Bocelli duet. Cannot think of the name of it. He did say his father is Italian.
Can't tell by looking what a person can do. He did Amazing job.

I have never heard such a thing and am blown away. And I'm an old gramma :)
He made a fabulous cover here that deserves all the credit it deserves.
He hit over two million views and likes, he put out a thank you to everyone who watched
It doesn't matter what it is when you watch someone who has mastered anything, it is a delight to see.
Everytime I hear this, it brings me to tears! I want this version played at my funeral.
I had the same reaction. Not many songs anymore speak to my soul but this one does.
@shivag73 I totally agree wit you
Me too!!
Beautiful, brought tears to my eyes. Thank you lord for Never Giving up on me.
for the record. I want this Dan Vasc version played at my funeral!

You should show more of him in the video. The emotion in his eyes, the true vibtato, the feelings should show through! He is amazing!
I love watching people being introduced to Dan Vasc. He is truly gifted and almost always shocks and amazes.

He is a choir in himself ❣️
React to his Bohemian Rhapsody, he did all the backing vocals too, like 60.
How can you not love Dan ❤

Funny you should mention it but Dan Vasc does a rendition of The Star Spangled Banner. A MUST listen!
I ❤ this so much! He may even help lead a few people to Christ!
indeed
If it's God's will, AMEN!😊
:D. Christ is an an imaginary being from a fantasy book called The Bible.
@@kheldaur2107sorry, but that’s just in your dreams
@@romypie3725 Oh no. So you´re insane too? Believeing in an imaginary being like a god or a unicorn is insane.
The look on your face when Dan started with the harmonica was great.
Great breakdown, great video.

🔥 I am so happy he metalatized it at the end. 😮😅🥰❤️
Your facial expressions are priceless during Mr. Vasc's masterful rock rendering of a gospel classic.
Dan came to my attention singing Nightwish covers. He has the technique to do pretty much anything
He came to my attention by singing the theme for "Friday Night Tights".
@@christophercombs3501 Composed and sang it actually
Absolutely phenomenal
JUST WOW! First time ever hearing this man. Amazing in deed!
Love your reaction! Even after the 100 plus times I have watched this I still get chills!! Absolutely amazing!!

So I just got chills and had Church right here at my desk at work!
Okay. This is officially my favorite performance of AG. HOLY SMOKES! ❤❤❤
I think you should binge some Dan vasc because if you like watching people sing that's literally all of his videos, they are shot very similar to that

He is Brazillian and his band Fearless is also Brazillian.
Dan Vasc is Brazilian and English is not his native language.
He’s Brazilian it’s amazing he has no accent when he sings. Hey, go have the day you deserve 😍🥳😎
Wow, I let my friends see this amazing video. They are downloading as many of his videos as they can. The most enlightened rendition!! Thank you!
Amazing and listen to it daily in my workout. You are quite pretty as well. Keep up the good work. Mad respect
I love this so much, watching you engaged with the video, respecting the work, not fooling around and making jokes. Just a wonderful reaction.
