Episode 6 of The Pathway sees the IPP special teamers head off to Indianapolis for the NFL Combine, while others continue the gruelling camp to get ready for their Pro Days. The Players get a visit from a Super Bowl LVIII champion who graduated from the IPP last year.
A new series which will be following the Journey of Louis Rees-Zammit and the class of 2024 as they embark on their pursuit of the NFL dream via the International Player Pathway Program. On this 10 week intensive training camp, we will bring you unrivalled access to the players, the coaches and the lives of the young men trying to achieve something only few will do... Play in the National Football League.

LRZ will make it, because he’s nothing to lose: he’s probably the only one who has a backup plan, going back playing for Wales Rugby Union if he misses out on the NFL.
And psychologically, that’s a huge plus.
Also nothing to gain. Nothing really to drive him. His backup plan is elite sport. Psychologically, that's not a plus. It's not all or nothing, it's all or all.

@@williamb4652 He's the only one, who has played pro-sports at the highest domestic level in this ever in IPP, not including kickers and punters. he's just a lot more calm and understanding of the process.
or maybe just because he's an actual elite athlete, rather than this pop psychology stuff.
Endless platitudes about emotional state and "wanting it enough" are boring, repetitive and ultimately so predictable and content-less as to be meaningless. Show us the training, show us the progression. We're interested in these guys as athletes, not reality TV stars.

The kickers and punters have. The WR's are doing a Pro day on March 20th.

The special teams (kickers) showcased last weekend bar one who had an injury, but the rest will perform on the pro day in a couple of weeks

You know one of the biggest parts of elite sports is mental though right? They are giving a realistic representation of it.

Watch the rugby series Mud, sweat and tears or the 70s welsh slammed documentary. You will notice the difference. This is low on content, high of feeling and build up, but the build up is never worth the climax. It's boring!!!
It's football not much else going on so they gotta fill the time somehow
