Hey Delphi, great tips and advice - it's clearly working for you and showing to others but more importantly you feeling it within yourself 🙏💕✨ I find these routines hard as I have been bedbound for 8 years now with multiple chronic illnesses whereas before this I used to travel the world for my career and leisure and do a lot of sports and activities. So now instead of making NY resolutions to remove or restrict things I try to think of things I can do - such as be kinder to myself, or focus on breathing to calm my nervous system down, learn a new skill from bed etc. For me I feel smaller goals are more sustainable and can be added to one another to reach a bigger goal. Keep it up and look forward to more tips from this series! 🤗 Also make the most of every moment as you never know when life can change, we take so many things for granted especially the little things, which my illness has made me much more appreciative of, although I sense you do that anyway xx PS - lying with your legs up the wall is very good for lymphatic drainage and the red light mask good for inflammation.
Hey Vicky! Thank you so much for watching my video and also a happy new year! Thank you for your kind words as well as sharing your story. I hope you are doing well even so you have had some really big challenges thrown your way. I totally agree with this, around being kinder, not restricting things and doing what you can. It’s sad but also really quite crazy how we don’t realise how lucky we are until life changes in a way we might not have been expecting! I really do try to live each day like it was my last and try and almost be selfish and do what I want to do and what makes me the most happy! Whilst of course still being kind to others and spending time with family and my close friends! So glad you like the legs up on the wall tip, I sometimes do it in the sauna at the gym and people think I’m crazy!oh well 😅 Glad you enjoyed this episode (I am just trying to share an insight into the reality behind what I do and how I live, but I know everyone has different circumstances and ways of living!) and lots more to come on the next few episodes 🤍
Hi I've only found your channel recently. I'm a intensive care nurse from Northern Ireland. Your vlogs bring me so much, joy, tips and happiness. It's so lovely to watch someone who isn't trying to sell you stuff or constantly do the same stuff. Please keep the vlogs coming with your beautiful dog too! I hope you and David had a lovely Christmas and I really wish the three of you a wonderful, happy and healthy 2025 xoxo
@@amyduncan-nesbitt429 hey Amy, thanks so much for your lovely message. It really did make my day. Your line of work is really tough so thank you for all you do as I can’t even imagine how yours days can be! I hope you had a lovely Christmas as well, and have an amazing new year! Don’t worry, lots of vlogs and videos coming with Theodore and David in the new year! Let me know if there is anything in particular you would like to see ❤
I am always in bed by 8:30/9pm.. I do have a tv in my room which is so bad and can sometimes get in the habit of watching it. But usually aim to turn out the lights by 9:45/10pm, if I wake up at 5am, I’m usually shattered by then. I tend to do 3-4 days waking up at 5am and the rest around 6am! It’s much easier in the summer of course though, the winter it’s so tough; which is why I’ve got a new alarm clock!
@@elina33everyone is different though!! There are some days I want a lie in but at 6am I’m so awake my body doesn’t let me have one 😂 also I’m not saying this routine is for everyone, but I find it works best for me!🤍

Mansoor 🤣🤣🤣🤣
What time do you usually go to sleep? I'm 35 and I've never liked waking up early.

@@lifewithdelphi I agree, even as a child I would usually prefer staying up late and sleeping in 😁
