All I want to do is sleep and eat. I’m really tired. I really hope I can get back on track before school starts.

This either makes or breaks us. We can hit the ground running with starting that business or side-hustle, or we can binge Netflix all day. The choice is truly up to you. I strongly advise you set up time barriers so that you aren't wasting time all day or burning yourself out for work. Exercise this hour, work this block of time, relax in this time window, etc. I hope you guys are challenging yourselves and accelerating towards your goals in life!

unfortunately i still have to go to work but hopefully i can get approved for the new work-at-home program but this was still amazing for me since i'm an online college student. after watching this my husband and I moved our bed into the living room and turned our bedroom into the cat room/my new office/study space. He plays video games a lot so it's nice to have a place where i dont get distracted by the constant lights and movement from the tv and i can just sit by the window and focus. having my own space for specific activities is amazing. I agree with some of the other comments, you should definitely make a podcast!

Honestly thank you for this video. I'm in the Army full time and I've also launched my first business and I'm only 19! I've been so stressed trying to balance everything with still going to work full time and having every other day off to dedicate to my online business which takes up most of my day. And today I was really upset that I chose to sleep for 6 hours in the middle of the day instead of working on my business which causes me to stay up super late knowing I have to work the next day. But you reminded me how important it is to make time for myself so I don't get overwhelmed and also have time to get things done! Something was urging me to take at least 10 mins to watch one of your videos (which calms me everytime I do) and so happens this one pops up. Thank You so much Rowena!

You can do it Todd. A tip I have/use regularly when I don't want to do something is to count to 3, then go do it.

Hi beauty, I’m actually self isolated with my thoughts and addictions, and, tbh, your video cheered me up because I figured out I’m doing great. I do sport, and yoga, and meditation, and I drink water and all, and for the first time since this quarantine thing has started, I feel like a can control myself, and maybe one day get over it completely :) love ❤️

I am self quarantining on my own, in a foreign country, and have no idea when I’ll get to see my family or boyfriend in the near future, as they live in two other countries. It’s tough. This is the very first video I came across after rewatching a bunch of videos from bestdressed, CozyDay, The Bliss Bean, oh no Nina, and linh truong as I finally got around to accomplishing my tasks today. I am happy to say I am instantly in love with Rowena and her soft voice, her adorable silly moments, and the overall comfortable aura she has projected in this video. I hope you can all accept me as a fellow potato fam, as I begin a Rowena Tsai marathon and listen to her amazing podcast voice.
