I just put hull # 1006 to bed last week. I had one last sail that was pretty decent, and then into the slip, off with the sails and canvas, oil change and antifreeze in the raw water system. I personally gave up on the Dutchmann, it never worked for me. I got a stack. SO much easier.
Yeah, while we were out there sailing in such nice weather, I mentioned all the folks back east that have to winterize their boats. We are not envious. With our Dutchman properly adjusted, it works pretty great. I've sailed on many boats with stack packs, but I am preferring our Dutchman. However, I'm glad to hear your system is working well for you.
