Heres the thing right, its not about your credit when you're buying a car. Huge misconception, its about what you can afford. You factor in maintenance, insurance, the amount it cost to keep registering it, depending on the state you're in if they have luxury tax or not, and of course a loan if you're not going to buy it out right. Most people should be sticking to basic communter cars. If you live in a city where the medium income is less than 70k and you make closer to 90k for example then you can buy a car that gets closer to the 45k-60k range depending on your outgoing expenses. You should not buy anything like this unless you're getting it outright if you cannot afford it. Thats any car. Again credit score doesn't matter if you're not making enough to justify keeping it. You want to buy a hell cat, do it at auction and learn how to fix it yourself, cheapest way to get a performance car if you cant afford one or a luxury car.
If you’re buying one of these cars you shouldn’t need to check your credit. Better be perfect otherwise you got no business buying one.
@@axebeard7677 I agree, unfortunately no matter the credit score. People who aren’t good with money, will do whatever possible to get a car just to look cool to their friends and impress people they don’t even know or care about.

Thank You. Got gave me what to think about. Im 27. My Credit score is 780. Paid off a Honda Civic 2dr Coupe 2010 EXL and a Chrysler 200 2015 Limited. Rent is $450 a month. Earn ~$800 a week after inital taxes.

@@Rabiiid sounds like you are doing alright for yourself overall. The trades rates should be going up all around. There is definitely a shortage in our country. Keep it up! It will pay off. I know life can feel mundane. A car to work on and keep up as a hobby is good for you, especially if you are a car guy.

I watched this just because I’m genuinely curious. I love the Charger models, but there’s way better options on the market than a Scat or a Hellcat. And honestly, the majority of people that buy those cars can’t even handle the amount of horsepower that comes with it
Yes, it all depends on what you're looking for. A GTR, M3/M5 BMW comp or even a WRX handle and distribute the power better and would be a better option for beginners. Rear wheel drive power, even with stability and traction control, takes an enormous amount of self control and respect. Just wondering. What is your preference? I love and respect almost all types but am interested to hear your thoughts.
@ I like American cars but I don’t mind driving a German car. I’m 19, so I drive a Genesis Coupe with the 3.8 that makes 348hp I like it, and then I also have experience driving a 2025 CT5 which has a 4.8 second 0-60 and 170mph top speed. I’ve been behind the wheel of an M4 Comp Sport, but for now that’s a little too much horsepower for me to handle so I’m pretty comfortable driving anything with 350-450hp
@ I think it’s amazing that you know your own limitations and realize the importance of experience. My son (18 at the time) got an 83 cj7 Jeep with a 350 engine at 325hp and within a couple weeks had it in a drainage ditch 6ft deep (nobody was hurt) because he didn’t respect the power in a 3k lb vehicle. He learned a valuable lesson that day. Now he is turning 21 in a couple weeks. His Jeep now has 450-475hp but had to learn to respect it first. Nice chat..
