We also show the setup and connection process, and discuss techniques for each of these. Dialysis is a remarkable way to treat advanced kidney disease until a transplant can happen. Whether you are facing end-stage renal failure, have a family member or friend dealing with this or are just flat out curious what it looks like, this video is for you!

Thank you so much! The mask helps a lot with that, but whoever was not sick would most likely be doing the hookup, possibly with one of our in-laws to help! It’s not something we’ve come across just yet, but definitely a good thing to think about!
I am 13 years old and i am in kidney failure and i just started dyalisis this week

So I do P. D dyalisis, it is my 2 time in kidney failure the first time I got it I was 4 years old. But I am just going to let God handle it and I know that anyone no matter how old you are is going to get through it, and my favorite quote is " He creates the toughest soldiers out of life's hardest battles." And I will be praying for you guys every single day. And I also have learned that even if you have health issues and you may have restrictions, but you still need to live your life to the fullest.
