Hey buddy, glad u are feeling a little better and thank you for keeping us updated. Tell the sun to give you sum love n alotta vitamin D because I know he haven't been himself lately either! Lol. We're all glad you are fighting it and I cannot wait for more content from you buddy. Hang in there n takecare. 🙂🙋🏾♂️🙏🏾
@robertf.8916 She missed 3 weeks of school. Ended up having an abscess in her tonsil and was put on IV antibiotics. If you have any suspicion that you may have an abscess (severe pain, trouble swallowing, pain that isn't improving with over the counter meds), please go get checked again. She had to see the ENT and he said that a lot of times drs will see mono throat and think it's just part of mono. He said he sees it often and people end up really sick.
@@ashleyshredder I really appreciate your help! Yes! When the doctor gave the results of mono I asked if it’s possible to have an abscess because I felt my tonsils almost touching and he said oh don’t worry that doesn’t happen with mono. Will definitely keep an eye on that
@robertf.8916 My goodness...yes it does!! Hers were touching as well. She had maybe the size of a nickle airway. With hers, you could see a circular spot on her tonsil along with the white streaks. Just be very cautious and don't wait too long. They did 2 CT scans of her neck 3 days apart. First didn't show it, 2nd one did. Watch your spleen as well.
@@ashleyshredder I’ll keep checking that regularly thank you so much! And did she had any symptoms like pain in the ear or fever or not able to open the mouth even after taking any over the counter pills?
Interjectable, really hope he feels better soon. Took me forever to get past it, time and patience is all you can do. Consider changing any weak links in diet and exercise at all costs
Did the Viatimin D end up being useful? Im on month 6 of mono and have a variety of weird and annoying symptoms and Im trynna be done with this already man.
@@robertf.8916 sorry I’m so late to your comment but the symptoms were spleen pain, eye problems(dryness, sunlight sensitivity), heat rashes, throat pain, fatigue. Tested negative in late Feb but I’m still feeling all the effects and I’m nowhere near healthy. Very frustrating.
@@dropz8959 I’m doing better but still have such a ways to go. Now what I’m mostly dealing with is gut issues that only arrived after I got mono. Fatigue has gone away, spleen pain is less frequent but still occasional, still having eye problems, and throat is still hurting but doing much better.
08:18 De•stri•men•tal 😂 I am glad that you seem to have found the source of your Mano and extreme tiredness. You could say without Vitamin D you “Stalled, crashed, died, and burned, and we do not want this.” There is a little AirFirceProud reference for you. 😃
Vitamin D (a hormone) and calcium (a mineral) are nutrients that sustain healthy bones. So Vitamin D is a hormone/fat-soluble vitamin not a mineral. Just sayin. Much love!
Appreciate you being so real with us throughout this whole process, relieving to see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Absolutely man, would be wrong to keep the truth from you guys.
Great video, I’ve been suffering with post glandular fever / mono fatigue for 3-4 months too! Thanks for sharing this makes me feel not alone
No problem! Still suffering from long standing fatigue a year later, and still can’t find any answers. Stay strong my friend.
This case of mono has been a wild rough sequence. I’m glad you are on the runway ready to takeoff back to good health.
Yes.
Glad you are feeling better. I’m excited for what’s to come for you, and all the success you will accomplish ✈️
Thank you so much sir!
