Tomislav M wth she obviously would ask them if they want to be on camera. She’s not even rude she seems so funny and kind. And ofc they might be in some pain but it’s all worth it in the end because you need to get those bones fixed. You have a brain in there, use it.

Well i have the same problem during gym and then in sleep as well and sometimes daily routine life as well behind my shoulder and neck left right movements, and traps shoulder traps as well. I have both chiropractic and massages, was in Singapore once having a massage, it was so painful I was just about crying from the pain.

Hello! Just wanted to drop a comment and tell you that I thoroughly enjoy watching you work your magic! You are so freakin talented combined with your all around badass authenticity and genuine joy for the work you do! Your super infectious to watch and I must admit that when I watched this video I totally related to how tender he felt to your light massage around his neck. I have a v large chest particularly in proportion to my height. I can feel the weight on my chest pulling down on my upper and mid back, my neck and my shoulders. I know I NEED TO WORK ON MY POSTURE AND I ALSO KNOW I REALLY NEED TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO OPEN MY CHEST AND STRETCH MORE. My range of motion is super limited and I feel like I’m overcompensating by rolling shoulders forward and not standing up tall engaging my core. Out of curiosity do you have any videos that teach folks how to do some of these techniques at home? Lastly, , and this is weird AF, but I am in school studying to become and Esthetician and I wear a heavy back pack to and from school, as well as spend a lot of my school day giving facials to clients and students. Which means I’m hunched over and not using my bodies full range of motion to do my work. I am starting to feel pain in the front of my neck more than ever. Almost as though I have like a “phantom” choke type feeling and a tight heaviness as if someone is pulling my shirt to taught from behind. Is this the strangest thing you have ever heard??! Lol! Any tips or suggestions/guidance would so be appreciated. I respect that you are so busy and you don’t have time to respond to everyone. I just wanted to share my experience in case you feel like this is a common question that others ask. Thank in advance and keep up your magic!! You’re gifted beyond words!!!

I quit flat benching and only do incline bench press & my right shoulder is healthier now. I think my mobility was not good enough for flat benching, especially due to having long limbs. Some people might benefit from taking a break from flat benching or push ups.
