I like how he’s educated and is in tuned with his body and knows his stuff which makes it a lot easier for her to know how to help him and more
Dr modragon make a video cracking your joints pley
@@relaxg1727 you can comes
Feel like she has kind of mastered the brain body connection within herself
Ok
Bro you are so blessed to have Dr. Mondragon. A lot of these chiropractors don’t do half of what she does. She’s one of the best I’ve seen.
⁰
Definitely. I'm soo jealous. It's very hard to find a chiropractor like this.
Artinya bro ???
this guy needed some serious work, glad to see you thoroughly work on him. Shout out to our postal men and women, very strenuous job !!! Go Mondragon you are amazing!
I wish you could come over to the UK so I could come and see you x
I’m impressed how in tuned he is with his body. Most people just say, something doesn’t feel right, but he pointed things out and called them by name.
Someone did their research 😌

He was the perfect patient and Very knowledgeable.
He mentioned being a mailman for 2 years. As a mailman for 15 years, it's not as easy on the body as many people think. Back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, feet, you name it, we probably overwork it, 6 or even 7 days a week.
@@wowfailmuch7655 Postman isn't a low paid job lol
@@simoneb6312
Preach! 😂 And dudes crazy mailman or woman get paid pretty decent
@@srgetem The post office delivers Amazon packages on Sunday in many areas, making understaffed offices work folks 7 days a week, especially new hires.
Mailmen have a tough job physically. They are carrying heavy weights in the mail bag and having to walk and climb steps with it. I don’t know why people can’t say: yep, your job is tough physically. It’s not a competition.
@@wowfailmuch7655 You keep talking as if you're right but not giving any examples to support what you're saying. Most people know that anything involving running around and making deliveries is physically taxing, so since you think it's not and that there are many low paying jobs more physically taxing I'd like to hear it.
I just want to say that I've been watching your videos for quite a while. :) Recently my husband asked me for a shoulder rub, because it was tender and he likes it when I rub them and release some of the tension he carries there. I can't normally get enough pressure to really get the knots out, so I anchored his shoulder with my other hand and really leaned into the massaging that I was doing... And before I was done, his shoulder popped! And he always struggles with getting his shoulders to pop. So I felt very proud of myself, lol. And I gave watching your videos the credit!
I just love how she ensures consent to touch. I know it's to protect her as well but the asking just makes me wish everyone would do that.
I kinda find this ignorant. Because you know your going to a specialist that has to touch you . It be different if you went somewhere that didnt required touching sn they ask , I agree. But this is literally a useless comment
@@wolveriness8875 the professional chiropractor in the video is asking for consent before touching the guy who is paying her tons of money for physical manipulaton, and the person who points it out is ignorant? I'm sorry nobody told you that nobody has the right to touch your body without consent even if it is assumed that will happen.
This guys body is exactly like mine. I had severe whiplash, migraines and am a driver. It all effects the shoulder, traps and neck. We love need a doc like you. Keep up the great work!!!!!
So knowledgeable and articulate! Seems like a super nice guy as well!

I feel him! I use to carry mail for 5 years. My back is still messed up
I need a chiropractor like her, mine doesn't try enough and I'm sick of being in pain.
No related , but that outfit is 🌜✨ STUNNING ✨🌛
Is she teaching a class of chiro students? Like in the beginning? She seems like an awesome teacher!
It sounded like her brother (who is also a chiropractor), but a training class would be amazing
I've been to a number of chiropractors and I'm always feeling played cuz no one does this amount of adjusting or provides this much care to try and fix the issue.
Great stuff Dr! I'm having somewhat of the same issue, I had a pinched nerve, but let it go for a few months before I saw my chiropractor. Had a few adjustments and felt better, I had atrophy in my left upper pec and it wont fire correctly when I bench.
I’m in the Uk and there is nobody as thorough as her and her brother please if anybody knows someone similar to Dr Mondragon in the UK please let me know preferably London Thank you.
If only Florida was closer😢. But it’s 3,000 miles away. Darnit. You are amazing
Lmao I love how she straight up called out all of the "She's handsy" people. Chiropractors are literally hand doctors, y'all!
Dr Mondragon is expert professional that knows her stuff. She found the shoulder tear so wish the patient full recovery
He's such a cutie! 💕 And so well spoken and versed in what's going on in his body. She did a great job on him!! I would love to see her, as I have such BAD muscle spasms in my neck and upper back, so my neck is always in pain, and I get the WORST occipital headaches and migraines. I had an x-ray and it shows my cervical spine is too straight and not curved enough, which the Doc said comes from constant muscle spasms. I have yet to find a decent Chiropractor who can help. Another great video!!
this guy is 🔥
A young man with impressive muscles !
23:17 LMAOOOOO she had so much empathy in her face
This is amazing. I have slap tear as its been called and man my right trap is on fire alot of pf the times. Where at in FL is this practice. Next time we visit I am seeking this doc out! Wow
Awesome work as always and this guy is cool
Is there anyone in Los Angeles that you can recommend that can provide the same type of treatment as this? Would like to fly out and beatbox on your video one day. I had 2 dislocated shoulders that went untreated for years and it’s affecting my neck which is now affecting my voice… feels tight. Anyway hope you find this message! Youre doing an awesome thaaaang!

0:30 I used to imitate Arnold routine... Chest back same day. Laying on my back after rowing for doing presses what causing that pain
I never do back before chest.... I've got one day chest... One day rest.... One day back... In that order.... No more pain.
Does anyone know who she’s talking to when explaining what she’s doing.

Been watching ur vids I sure need a chiropractor was in a accident and was hit from top of my head 8years ago I heard and felt my neck and spine crack downwards, and now it’s hard for me to turn my neck to the left doctor said no fractures or break when I got into the accident
Oh wow she’s about 40+ mins away.
I like my Chiropractor but he does not do a tenth of what the Dragon does for her Patients, I'm in and out in 12-15 minutes and that includes a 10 heat and electro warm up to the areas that I'm getting work done on.
I agree. My chiro is really nice, but does not do nearly this much. Whole treatment is about 10 minutes, even though I have serious issues with pelvis, thoracic and neck. Wish I could find someone this thorough.
the knots in my neck and shoulders are so bad I honestly don't think the doctor could fix them
Same
He’s 🔥
She is so damn pretty!
She is dam gorgeous.
She is beautiful.
Awesome Dr.
More back walking on guys!! We want to hear the pop!
I feel slighted by far by the chiropractors I went to. I didnt get nearly the amount of this type of detail and help I needed. The detail of the neck she administered is my concern and my lower back. I always feel like I'm locked up.
this is truly amazing thanks for your work, I pray I can get get worked on by you!
Ugh, I wish you had a practice here in MA! I have so much chronic pain and the chiropractors around here don't do full adjustments... Maybe when I visit my mom in DeBary sometime I'll make an appointment with you! 🤣

I tuned in for your outfit!
When I put my one arm behind my shoulder it touches my 2nd vertebrae and my other touches my 5th. It’s always been like that, is that not normal?
Which side is tighter? Have you ever injured your shoulder or rotator cuff?

Can someone tell me what that metal scraper does?
The technique is called gua sha. It is to improve blood circulation in tissues (I don't know how to explain well, english is not my mother tongue) 😊
@@roberthortensia1349 Thank you!
It’s also called the Graston technique and it’s used to break up adhesions on the muscle. Think of it like a frayed rope and this is smoothing it all out which promotes blood flow through the muscle and gets rid of all those toxins
