Yes I can understand. It takes many trial to get know the perfect texture. Keep eye on at the final stage, once the mixture forming a dough shape (I mean it started holding together) you can see some dry and white layer at the edges of the pan, it means perfect texture and ready to remove. All this happen at the last 2 minutes.
The burning came out very smooth tasty and delicious.I added 3/4cup of almond and it tasted like almond burfy with the smell of ghee. Tqsm for the receipe
