Hello Dear..
This recipe has brought me memories of my childhood spent in Bangalore...
32 yrs have passed by.

Perfect..speaks volumes abt its taste! Have tried very many times but never succeeded in getting this finish (i guess I've always gone stirring to further solidify)..
What does "holding together/holding perfectly" mean btw?!!

Yes I can understand. It takes many trial to get know the perfect texture. Keep eye on at the final stage, once the mixture forming a dough shape (I mean it started holding together) you can see some dry and white layer at the edges of the pan, it means perfect texture and ready to remove. All this happen at the last 2 minutes.

The burning came out very smooth tasty and delicious.I added 3/4cup of almond and it tasted like almond burfy with the smell of ghee. Tqsm for the receipe

Yes you are correct. I have been making this since 15years. Need more practice to get perfect outcome. Use small cup and follow the instructions as per the video.
