7cup or saptami is a simple sweet recipe. The ingredients required are measured in 7 cups. So it is called as 7 cup. Gram flour, ghee, grated coconut, cow milk and 3 cups of sugar are required ingredients (which are easily available at home.) Cooking time required to make this sweet is only around 20 minutes.

Besan 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Greated Coconut 1cup
Sugar 3 cup
Cow milk 1cup

I make this seven cups . Two and a half sugar , 1 cup milk .1 cup ghee, remaining fry fruits powdered and coconut and you can include half cup besan in the ingredients of fry fruits coconut etc
